She asked for an original bill of sale for the appliance or they would not service the appliance. All my Electrolux warranted appliances have been serviced for years. $70,000.00 renovation of my home by a contractor. Because I didn't have the bill of sale in my hand at that moment I hung up to pull the bill of sale. I called back with the bill of sale and she already canceled my service. Electrolux scheduled a new service call with a different company. Poor communication skills.

They came, REPLACED THE WRONG ITEM (WAS WORKING WELL - HAD IT REPLACED WHEN THE "RECALL" WAS SERVICED. They CHARGED ME $267.50 for parts that I didn't NEED and services that were inaccurate and left. The ice-maker still is not working. they want to come back with yet another part (they claim that this time they got it right) and charge me again for their lackluster service. 20-days later, still no call from them. I am going with a much more reliable service and consider the $267.50 loss as a valuable but expensive lesson!
