New Owners I have…read morenever seen a business run this poorly, and I highly recommend that you take your business someplace else. I came in today to get gas and a car wash. To get a discount on gas I bought a car wash from the pump. Unfortunately they do not tell you that they offer a much cheaper carwash if you pay in the carwash line. The pump had no receipt paper so I had to go inside regardless of paying for both at the pump. While inside I asked how long it would take to get the car washed, I was told no more than 10 minutes...not true, I waited in the carwash line for an hour because when you purchase a full service wash the inside gets vacuumed before going through the wash. Meaning, I had to wait for the inside of everyone else's car to be cleaned out first even though I was just getting. An exterior wash. I noticed that everyone that was getting a full-service wash got out of their car and waited inside. I asked, because I was getting an exterior wash only, if I could stay in the car. They said it's not recommended but yes. Then I find out that I have to get out of the car again after the wash to re-present the receipt and the slip that they give to you. What's the point? By this time I was so fed up that I went back to the front and asked for my money back. They said no, because I paid at the pump they could not refund me my money, nor could I come back at a later time for my wash. One extra thing I also noticed, they advise you that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle, including anything that may be stolen from the inside. This is why I wanted to sit inside my car during the wash.They also have a huge list of things that they weren't responsible for, broken windows, broken mirrors, broken windshield wipers, broken antennas, anything older than five years old. It's plastered all over the place. Please, don't put with it. Take your car someplace else, avoid losing time, money, and gas. Go someplace else.

The manager dude there (Who I assume is Gabe Strada, the guy who owns the place?) was incredibly nice, and took me out to the shop to show me everything wrong with the car that they were going to replace before doing any work on it. This sort of thing is ultra-reassuring, as I basically walked in there and was like, "I've got no idea what's wrong, my mom says it makes noise on the rear passenger side." They could've gone wild telling me stuff was bad and needed to be replaced, and I'd never have known. Instead, they re-used as much as they could, replaced what couldn't be salvaged, and I was off and on my way. Originally I was a little weary when I took the car in, as they told me they were just going to check the whole car when I started explaining the problem. Usually, you go somewhere that "checks everything" and you walk out with more problems than you came in with. Not the case here, they noted the AC wasn't working, and I was like "Oh, yeah, I don't think it's ever worked." Gabe (I think?) asked if I wanted to risk $20 to try to fix it, and threw a can of freon in just to see what'd happen. Sure enough, ice cold AC. I seriously just love shops like this that have that kind of attitude of "Hey, this isn't working, let's try a super simple fix that doesn't cost much, and see what happens." Again, that's another repair that they probably could've sold me on a new compressor or who knows what else. Overall, a totally pleasant surprise, and I'll be going back to them as long as they're open. How often can you say you took your car to a mechanic and they fixed your problem way faster than you expected for a fraction of what you were thinking you'd have to pay? For me, this is definitely a first.

I had put all new brakes, calipers,rotors and pads on my car, was good for 2 years,this weekend i had a rear brake dragging, i thought the caliper failed, replaced the caliper, rotor on the passenger rear and new pads on both rears. Same thing still dragging, w.t.h. took the car in, i couldn't figure it out. They diagnosed that the passenger rear break line had a collapsing break line. They replaced the line the breaks are awesome again.
