I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of David/Quick Mobile. I needed replacement chipped keys for two vehicles as well as a rekey done on our antique home entry lock. All 3 jobs presented unforeseen challenges, David remained positive and friendly throughout. The antique lock ended up having damaged components and arguably should have been scrapped and replaced. Understanding that the entry set was of sentimental value to my family, David temporarily replaced the set with a new set, so he could properly restore the damaged lock. Well this was an unexpected great find........I flushed my keys down the company toilet the first day on my new job. UGH!!! AAA told me to tow the car to the dealer, who informed me that it would be $550 for a new remote key and take 3 hours to reprogram my cars computer. I was told by several locksmiths that I had no other choice, but then someone told me to call Quick Mobile. David said he could do it "No Problem" in about 20 minutes. Honestly I didn't believe him because when I called the dealer, they told me he must be a scam. It couldn't be done without reprogramming the cars computer. I came home from vacation and found the deadbolt to my bedroom door had malfunctioned. By 930pm, I finally thought to try and call a locksmith. His information states closed at 10pm so not only did I think I was going to be out of luck, I thought getting in my room would cost me more than I could afford. To my surprise not only did he answer the phone immediately, he said he would be at my house within the hour but showed up in about 20 minutes. He was awesome. He unlocked the door in a few minutes, he was very friendly and even offered to come the next day and ensure that my door was fixed if I needed. NO CHARGE. David was able to program a car Smart Key (Intellikey; Remote Key Fob?) for a reasonable fee. I was lucky and bought a "genuine' key fob online. David could have told me that it wasn't programmable and sold me one from his stock, but he's too honest for that. He also cut the physical key onsite so I'm all set to go! David was referred by "Orange County Locksmith Guys" as a partner that specialized in Automotive. What a great team. Communication was excellent from discussing the prices and options, to scheduling a convenient time to have the work done. I had David come and make a replacement key for my car about a month ago because I lost my only copy. Well today while doing some cleaning I found my old key and gave David a call at 3:45, and he told to give him a call at 6:30 that he was busy and would come and reprogram my old key for free. When I called him at 6:30 it took him about 15 mins to arrive and about 5 mins to reprogram my key. After arguing with him for a few mins about taking some money I finally convinced him to at least let me pay for his dinner. Dave is incredibly professional and helpful. My son managed to lose the last of his Mazda 3 car keys. I called around including dealers for pricing and his price was the best. I have an old Lexus where the plastic part of the ignition/door key broke. I needed to have a spare key made in case my 2nd key did the same thing. With Lexus keys, they also have to be laser cut. In calling around, a lot of locksmiths don't do laser cut keys. Another locksmith referred me to David, so I gave him a call. He was great. Came to my home right on time, very personable. I needed a spare car key that was programmed to both open the car doors and start the car. I called the Mazda dealer and they said the programmed key alone would cost $180, it would take about 2 hours to make, and the dealership was closing and wouldn't be able to make my key until Monday. I then called David from Quick Mobile. He said he would come to my house in 45 minutes and make the key for $120 in about 20 minutes. He was true to his word and the key works great.
