If I could leave Arman a 6 star review, I would. On the night my key got jammed in the lock, I had initially called another locksmith in the area who happened to be available 24/7. Although it initially seemed like the problem would be resolved, this other locksmith shared it would not be possible to remove the key without completely changing the lock and wanted to charge us nearly $300 for half an hour of service and a new key lock. Thankfully, we decided to forego that locksmith and we found All in All Locksmith on Yelp. We are so thankful for Arman who was patient in explaining what he was doing and did not complain about how late it was already into the night. Arman was in and out within about an hour which was amazing! Lastly, I had asked for a digital receipt but due to the late hour, I had forgotten to follow up with him about it again. I am updating due to the response. I never said "that's too much", I said ok let me call you back. The text clearly shows YOU reaching out to me and then I agreed on the phone. Shame on you for lying. Also, the owner proceeded to call me many times and from different numbers asking me to take down the review after I told him to stop contacting me. He actually had his young child call me. I understand you're a father but this is harassment. The young men in the parking lot were no more than 23 years old and nothing about their appearance was threatening. About the ID, I told you that it was inside the apartment and i can't get into my apartment due to my keys being stolen but i could show you immediately once I'm in and you said ok. If you were not ok with it then you should not have agreed. Because of you I had to wait another two hours before someone could help me. I was considering taking down the review because I felt bad that it was a trauma response but then you continued to call me over ten times. This is SO unprofessional and I will not change my review because of this sole reason. EXTREMELY disappointed with this "company". I had an after hours emergency and not many places were open at 11:30 pm so I gave this place a call. I asked for a price estimate multiple times...with repeated dodging of the question, finally he answers around $150. I say let me call you back. He then calls me ten minutes later and then texts me "$100". Very unprofessional to negotiate unwarranted like this when I did not reach back out to him but I say ok because I am in desperate need to get back into my apartment, I will do anything. He then arrives in an old mini van with no sign or marker of the business on the car so it was hard to tell if it was reputable. To add to my uneasy feeling he arrives and just stares, no greeting, no "hi". I am waiting for him to park but he then just drives out of the garage. I call him to ask where he's going and he said he does not feel safe because there were two men accompanying me. These kind young men were assisting me due to my belongings being robbed and I felt unsafe to be alone. They were there for a brief second to make me feel secure and because he did not feel comfortable with this he did not communicate and just left without saying anything. It's fine if you feel unsafe but to leave without communication is something else. So I plead with him to come back and help and he says no. I was feeling so shaken and desperate as a single woman stranded outside and he left me in the garage with no other options. That aside, the lack of communication and bargaining of the price did not help its appearance as a reputable business. read more
