First and last visit. The scrubbers didn't touch a good amount of my car. Pre-scrubbed mirrors, grill, and hood, and we're still dirty after going through. There were still water marks from the pre-scrub on the front of the hood because the wash didn't touch the grill or hood. Attendant let me run car through a second time but the grill, hood and mirrors are still dirty. Carpet mat washing machine does nothing, sucks floor mat through in about 5 seconds or less and just blows air on it. Overall very disappointed for how much I paid for this, and will not be returning to this location. read more

Do not go to this place it is a rip off. I do not like to complain, but paid for a Tsunami was my car was still dirt. I should have known my car would not be clean when on of the Attendance was more interested in his phone than my car (passager side). Could not find clean towels. Asked to speak with a manager they did not have one. Then asked for a phone number would not give at first. After being persistent about getting a phone number. They gave me a 3rd party line. In conclusion this place takes your money but if you have an issue there's no one to get in touch with. If you like handing money away to people and not getting service please let me know. I would be more than happy to take your money. I'm going to try very hard to find a phone number where I can talk to someone who cares at this company. This place is garbage! Half the vacs don't work and you have to walk around look for towels and glass cleaner. When thet remodeled months back they had places for towels, new vacs (both kind in each station), window cleaner and a multi cleaner also at each station. Now you pull the towels out of a large garbage can at the front along with the window cleaner if you're lucky enough they have a few spray bottles hanging off the side of the towel garbage can. For three months the auto payment system hasn't worked so you're most likely getting the minimal wash while prepaying for the top product. The kids that run this place can't stay off their phones to actually work. This is what happens when you are not present and don't run your own business daily!! read more

The service there was outstanding but one worker stood out above the rest the the employee who said their name was Qash gave such great service towards us even making sure that my kids that are normally afraid of car washes felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. Highly suggest avoiding this car wash. I had heard bad things before but hadn't personally had a problem, but I went through last week and their wash damaged my car. I couldn't get an answer from management for three days, and when I finally got a return call, they refused to take any accountability even when it was their employees who said the wash would be fine. Poor, poor business. With all the new car washes popping up, no reason to go to this one and risk it. read more

Great little car wash - I have only done single basic washes. It gets most of the crud off but pricer than other washes nearby. The vacuums are really great, I've never had an issue with suction power. They also provide towels, glass cleaner etc. i think the best time is about 6p on any week day, it's not crowded and the sun isn't as intense while detailing. read more

It's a really nice place and everything is so sweet there and my car is always looking amazing when I get a wash there

They ran my truck through dry none of the overhead jets seemed to be working. The vacuums are all falling apart. Terrible experience.

Honestly, if I could give it a negative rating I would. With all the bays that you have here, how is it that you run out of rags at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Maybe if the kids running, this place would stop flirting with their girlfriends and pay attention to what needs to be done. There might be some rags out there for us to use. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THE NICEVILLE (WALMART) LOCATION. THE brushes are out of alignment. They banged the hack out of the left side of the car, the right side did not even get the road dust washed off. I went to the office to let the employees know, they just looked at me, then I asked for a refund because I would have to pay to have it washed again. They said they cannot issue refunds. I asked for a number to someone who could and they pointed to a # written on a piece of paper taped to the window 850-928-5585. I called it and it is a bogus #. Unable to get help from them I drove to the Bluewater location, I explained the situation. He did not have a phone # to call at all, but he did give me a free rewash. Cut off my monthly account and two years later they start charging me again. I dont even own the car any more!!! Avoid this place.

This is the biggest rip off of a car wash. They are robbing us blind with charging 20 dollars for a wash that does not even clean the car. And they took away the personal wash stations to clean it before you go in. Then I pull up and the employee would not scrub the bugs off or give it a pre rinse.
