The spot-free rinse was completely ineffective--my car dried with visible water spots, and it's obvious the deionization system hasn't been maintained in years. There's also no drying option provided. For the price, I expected a basic, functional wash, but even after running two full cycles, my car was still dirty. Poor service, poor quality, and not worth the money. Edit: Whoever was doing maintenance was super nice and just so happened to be fixing the leaking hose.

In my opinion, it is poorly managed and poorly maintained…read more Equipment is constantly breaking down, leaving customers without working vacuums or compressed air. My car frequently exits the wash full of soap. They advertise armor all for tires, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get sprayed on in the car wash. You need to apply it yourself. I was just there today and at least one of the vacuums has been missing for well over a month and again they have an entire section closed off for no apparent reason. The attendants seem apathetic and disinterested in helping the customers. There is one bright exception, a young fellow with a crew cut who works his tail off. I don't feel that the membership is a good value only because the quality of the car wash is so poor. It's definitely an example of you get what you pay for. It's a shame because when this car wash first opened it was very well managed and very well maintained. We were glad to have it. Seems like over time the Take Five people have abandoned this car wash, which is surprising given the fact that it is situated along a well traveled highway close to several highly coveted resorts in the area.

Attendant let me run car through a second time but the grill, hood and mirrors are still dirty. Overall very disappointed for how much I paid for this, and will not be returning to this location.
