The last time I picked up one of my dogs from an overnight stay Edward had already washed and dried his bedding! That's the kind of service that keeps us coming back every week. The new owners that took over last year, (Josh and Daniel & their family) have made a lot of small changes that add up and make a big difference in the overall experience, one of those being something as small as providing toys for the dogs to play with and providing them with a kiddie pool to play in the water on hot days, which my big doggo LOVES! He comes home and sleeps for two days after each visit from all the playing he gets to do . It's more of a puppy playground now and less like just a concrete kennel. We can't wait to see what else they do next with it. Keep up the awesome work!

Office was great at getting us rescheduled. Gal at the desk was very friendly and for the short time we actually saw the dr...he seemed nice. However, we were sent to a dirty room where we waited over 30 minutes before the vet came in. The appointment was for our foster to get shots, he came in and almost instantly gave the vaccines. There wasn't any inquiry on how he's doing, no temp taken, etc. I had mentioned he came to us with a double ear infection and I wasn't sure how they were healing....doctor barley looked in his ears and said 'looks fine to me.' That was the extent of our visit. Currently taking him to our personal vet to have more proper care as the smell & constant head shaking would suggest that his ears are not 'fine.' {{{UPDATE: He in fact has a really bad double ear infection which was confirmed instantly by our personal vet. Very disappointed.}}} This could be from a miscommunication from the rescue to the vet, but I was very disappointed in the quickness of the interaction and the cleanliness of the office.

They are older, reliable, honest, responsible, and treat my dog (10y/o) as if she was theirs. They follow ALL my instructions & notes, and my dog comes home exhausted and happy - which is what I hope/pay for. My dog (F) can be fussy about meeting new dogs, and I have shared all my dog's likes-and-dislikes with them. They have made perfect choices regarding what dog they introduce to my dog, and I have been SHOCKED when they tell me who she played with.
