I grabbed my laptop, walked down Wilmington and, luckily, came across Turner Printing. Stuart Turner, the owner, was at the front desk and I tried to explain to him what I was trying to print. At first he said the only material that they had for poster like products was high gloss photo paper that would cost $12 each (I needed 12 prints so it was going to be $144, yikes!). I was prepared to pay that price since we literally needed them done in the next 30 minutes, but once I showed him what I needed printed and explained what it was for he recommended that we have it printed on 20 lb paper instead, which only cost $3 per print. While I was waiting for the printing to get done (which took less than 10 minutes) Stuart told me all about his travels around the U.S. including Alaska, which is where I'm from. So we had a whole conversation about Alaska and what it was like when he was there in the early 80's. Not a bad way to spend 10 minutes while you are waiting for your last minute print job to get done. The prints came out great. It was only $36 to get everything printed (way cheaper that $144). I told Stuart that we will definitely keep using Turner Printing whenever we need anything printed for the Innovators Program!

They were such a delightful pair--the Great Dane was especially calm and welcoming for its size, adding a unique, joyful vibe to the experience. Excited for my daughters to encounter them like I had in the past, I asked upon entering, "Where are the puppies?" I was met with silence, followed by a sharp response: "We put them away for the day." I tried to keep things light by saying, "Okay, well, hi--how is everyone?" but received only a curt "We're good." I waited in line quietly until a young lady assisted us. My daughter, overhearing, asked about the puppies, and I explained there was usually a Great Dane and another dog. That's when a male employee interjected harshly: "I had to put the Great Dane down--you should be careful with what you promise." I was stunned, both by the rudeness and the sad news. The female owner then clarified that the dog had MS and could no longer walk, which explained the decision. I truly apologize for unintentionally reopening that wound; I had no idea, given the time since my last visit. A lot can change in two years, and I understand the pain of losing a beloved pet. That said, the tone and delivery were unnecessarily aggressive and off-putting. I simply wanted my daughters to share in the positive, dog-friendly experience that first drew me here for my business shipments. Unfortunately, the vibe now feels cold and unwelcoming--the energy is gone, and without that unique niche, there's little reason to return. I'd recommend others take their packages elsewhere for a more pleasant interaction.

I said ok but I couldn't be there and my mom was physically frail, she said not a problem and would bring witnesses. She then did not honor her add of 20 percent off, and added tax and other charges. Her fee is not online with state regulations but my mother needed it done so I was willing to pay. She showed up that night had my mother sign the document, but told her she didn't sign her last name, my mom told her she did, but she made her sign her last name twice, I e. Jane Doe, Doe,. Since my mom questioned her, rightfully so, she said the one witness would not sign because my mom's frail physical condition. She then said she would come back Saturday, but 5 minutes later said she wouldn't. She was incompetent, disrespectful, not honest and unreliable.
