Always an issue with something at this location. I've purchased shipping online through my UPS choice account, no one knew what that even was and tried to tell me I need to repay for shipping. Now it's "Notary is only until 5 you need to come back tomorrow" (it was a few minutes before 5). The problem always arises from the same older lady behind the counter. read more

Worst experience ever. All I wanted to do was close a mailbox on 8/2/25. Two employees present. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I reached the 1st employee. She was not trained on closing a mailbox. The 2nd employee had me wait. The teen then proceeded to watch 2000 copy pages print for a customer instead of taking on new customers simultaneously like me. (no reason to watch papers print) No common sense. The line was long. After waiting 1hour or more. I gave up. I just left. Not going to spend my Saturday watching UPS staff watch a printer print. Horrible service. read more

Really disappointed with the direction of ups, and will start using fedex. They now charge for a strip of tape. Never have I ever had to tape my own box shut before at ups. $8 for a box + $4.99 for a small roll of tape later I returned my $15 Amazon return only to break even. read more

I had an Amazon return that required me to box it myself. I brought it into this store in the box that it came in, which just so happened to be the item box with pictures and writing on it. I did forget to seal the box with tape though. The box even had the previous shipping label on it. The employee at the counter was the only one there. She apparently was the one opening the store and she had opened 20 minutes late. She was very rude and the woman behind me in line even apologized to me (she was just another customer). The employee said she couldn't accept the return because it was in the item box, and not in a blank shipping box, which supposedly violated Amazon rules. I called Amazon and was told that was a complete lie and they didn't care as long as the box was sealed and free of other shipping labels/makers. I also reread the return instructions and they said nothing about the return needing to be in a blank shipping box. This employee was just lazy and clearly didn't want to do her job or have to tell me to buy a roll of tape to seal the box. In response to the "owner": You clearly didn't read my review and understand, which explains a lot about why your business is run the way it is. read more

returns- headache at this location. This store must not not be making much profit off of the return shipping. They seem to make their money on the supplies side. I returned 2 phones with Verizon, did the one where i scan QR code at location. They should of boxed the phone for me. The guy said i was wrong , that I had to buy 2 boxes to return, which is not what it said on Verizon's email. Also, this location did not have phone carriers. So i think the slightly larger box was 12$ a piece. So 24$ to return something with free boxes and return shipping already paid by Verizon. Recently I tried to return a Amazon package, brought the box. They attempted to charge me 5$ just for tape!! A new roll of packing tape is a couple of dollars. 200% markup on tape, and i would of only needed 10 inches of tape. Buy a printer and your own box and just use this place as a drop off location. ONLY AS A LAST RESORT WOULD I COME BACK HERE. read more

I made an Amazon return today in the original box. All it needed was tape to seal the box. This UPS store will no longer tape the box for you. I felt nickel and dimed by over paying for a small roll of tape off of their shelf. Any other UPS store I've used in the past is more than happy to tape the box for you. A franchise should be consistent across all locations. It's unfortunate. this UPS store does their own thing. read more
