The wash and the vacuuming themselves are very good. Staff always pleasant. Been a member for many years. The problem I encountered is, I have been trying to modify the number of cars on my plan and it has not been a good experience. They were unable to do it at the car wash. They told me to get the app. I did and the app does not allow me to modify my membership. It actually canceled my entire membership. I sent an email as directed by the app and was told I could not use email to resolve the issue that I needed to call. So I called and talked to an AI bot. The AI bot told me to modify my membership in the app or at the car wash... Not kidding... When you ask to speak to a human being, it will tell you that nobody is available. So unfortunately, it appears like modifying your membership at quick quack is an impossible task. This is unfortunate because I'd like to stay with them for the cars that I would like on the plan but now I'm beginning to think otherwise. read more

Thank again for throwing legal jargon at me. However according to you, you have no footage of what happened in the wash. I was rear ended in the middle of the wash. It was an accident on your property with your equipment. Doing the right thing is just a thing of the past. Absolutely no integrity anymore... UPDATE I wanted to add my response to the "business managers" response. If you have full video of what happened in the was wash... then why did my insurance agent only get me entering and me exiting? Well, this was overall a very disappointing experience. Colorado. Mid-fall, it can be a little dirty on the backroads outside of the city so every pretty truck needs a bath... well, when it's time to bathe your beauty, pick elsewhere to go! Absolutely not a single employee social distancing or wearing a mask. We literally visited the SAME DAY that the COVID restrictions went into place. Staff would walk up to you, without being asked and speak to you directly face-to-face... I literally had to ask them to step back. The wash itself is underwhelming at best... it cleaned up the truck but certainly didn't get it clean. By the time we finished hand drying the truck, our towels were filthy. The staff was lingering around and could obviously hear / see our disappointment, they did nothing about it. Trashes were full, property was not in great condition.... could have used a leaf blower and trash pick-up... simple way to take pride in your business. Windows were dirty, the wash itself was poorly lit. This was unfortunately a one-and-done... also unfortunate I can't get my money back on this one. Oh well. Lesson learned. read more

I've been using Quick Quack since they came to town. At first, they were handy. I tried others as the popped up to compare, but QQ had an edge, and they have a bigger one now. December 2019 - the car wash is undergoing a MAJOR renovation with new everything, so currently it's TEMPORARILY CLOSED. Quick Quack are doing this the "right" way, reinvesting back into their business with new equipment to attract new customers and retain their current customers. My wife bought a five wash pass so I thought I would give them a spin. Glad I did. My usual car-wash has really raised their prices and just are not as friendly as they should be. So I am driving a little farther and liking it. Staff is very nicely attired, friendly and operation runs smoothly. The route through the operation is a little interesting, but it obviously had to be done this way because the lot is narrow and deep. I had trouble turning on the free vacuum, didn't see the little black button to turn it on. The vacuums are actually vending machines for cleaning or scenting the car interior and take coins, but to get the free vacuum part I needed to push the button that the attendant showed me. read more

I had an awful first experience and will not be going back. Firstly the car didn't come out clean and was left with water streaks all over. Secondly and this has me the most mad. The front license plate was ripped off. We tried to call them but it turns out you can't call them directly so we had to drive back just to see if they had it. Just leaving here, they were one of the only car washes that stay open later than 7. I will not come back here if I can chose to. I got the best car wash, protect $16.99. My car is nice and clean. The BAD part of the car wash is there was a 10 minute time limit for the vacuums. Since I was the only one using them, I ignored it. You have to push a button for the vacuum and it turns off after may 3-5 minutes. Super annoying when you have to stop your vacuuming and go push the button again. I had to push it about 10 times while vacuuming my entire car. I have never been at a car wash like that. AND there were NO trash cans to throw garbage away. What is that? read more

Pleasantly surprised by this place. My car was looking pretty bad and in need of a wash. At the advisement of a stranger many years ago, I only take my car to hand washing places. I was not aware that Quick Quack uses machines, so that was a little disappointing. My car came out clean with the machine. Perhaps I was happy because my car was just that dirty going in. The part of this establishment that I like the most is the free self-service vacuuming stations. I was able to take my time and really clean out the interior of my car with a full power vacuum without spending additional money. That made me happy and I would go back again. Place is clean, easily accessible from Austin Bluffs and great on a sunny day to clean out your car, even if you don't use the wash. The one thing I would really recommend is for more clarity on the double line heading up to the wash. There are signs that clearly indicate that drivers should form two lines, but when I pulled in, there was only one long line on one side, in one of the two lanes. Nobody in the second open lane. I used the second lane, which brought me to the front of the line and made all the waiting drivers on the other side upset. There wasn't anyone outside navigating the traffic, and I can see how what I did (though not wrong in any sense) could create potential problems between customers. One nice driver in the long line allowed me to pull in before her, so I did not have to endure the angry drivers who sped up to block me from entering the wash. And the bow-tie! Nice touch, particularly in this day with the emphasis on dressing down. Something about the bow-tie made it nicer. :-) read more

Very nice, drove by plenty of times. Gave it a shot. I used the vacuums first and was pleased to find they were free! Some of the deals look nice the unlimited monthly is probably worth it depending on how much you care for your car. After purchasing my wash i paid 12.99 for a shine wash. I think there are 5 to choose from. I think its a little more than I usually pay for a car wash but my vehicle needed it. The cashier handed me a couple of dash wipes. Worked quite well.. Upon exiting i felt like the dryers worked better than average for drive thru car wash. read more
