Not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with this car wash when I stopped by in the Monument area. After the wash was done, I spent more than 30 minutes cleaning all the dirt and mud off my vehicle and the tires/rims didn't even look like water had hit them. The clean towels weren't damp or good quality, and they pretty much spread the dirt around instead of wiping it up. I eventually got tired of being there and found a self serve car wash in Denver on my way home to finish rinsing my rims/tires/and wheel wells. I got about 3 pros but they weren't for the actual wash itself. 1) Great views of the mountains 2) Attendant was super nice and asked if I wanted free dash wipes and a ice scraper with my purchase as well 3) They have a machine that you can put your floor mats in and it washes them for you. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this car wash with so many other better options available that feel more like the total package. You do not get your value here. Update from owners response - I guess they are aware of how mediocre their car wash is if they have customers that frequent the place running it through a second time. I can name so many other places that do it right the first time, which should be the standard. Also, there was not dirt/mud build up over time, that was a same day issue. F@ck this place! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! When I drove my truck through their car wash, I tucked in my power folding mirrors. Halfway through the wash, my driver side mirror exploded, my wife in the passenger side, witnessed it with me. After the wash, I parked and pulled over and spoke to a manager who was apologetic and said that he would review the camera footage and speak to the owner and get back to me. A few hours later, after going through the footage in the cameras that they have set up, they automatically determined that there was something wrong with my vehicle and not their equipment. Imagine how frustrating this must be knowing that there was nothing wrong with your car until you drove it through a freaking $12 car wash. Rather than just owning up to their shit, they pass cost on me. I will never do business here again! The right thing to have done was to at least negotiate something with me, help me with some kind of repairs, instead of just throwing all the cost to me. They didn't even refund my fucking car wash. It goes to show you what a shitty place this is and what little value they have for their customers. Don't take your chances on them messing up your car. read more

They said my car was old and rusted, unmaintained, called me a complainer, said I was a business basher, and called me childish. They said they would only repair my car if I took my entire review down. Then revoked that offer when we did not agree to remove our post about the business owners treatment of customers. I requested that they reimburse the cost of the ~$60 part but they would only offer a monthly credit. That is useless to me because, based off the business owner's irrational and unprofessional response, I would not feel comfortable returning with my vehicle. read more

I have the monthly plan and use this car wash a lot so the cost per wash is cheap! Does a good job with the standard wash. The blowers at the end need to be aimed better to dry off the back of the vehicle, but other than that, its great! Staff has always been helpful and nice and plenty of parking to park and wipe down inside and out or vacuum either side. Also a nice sink to wash your weather tech mats! read more

We were riding in our friend's vehicle when he decided to get his vehicle washed. Like the name of the car wash. Freedom Express Car Wash sounds very patriotic. The place was very busy when we drove up. There were 3 lanes. Two lanes for non-members. One lane for members of the Freedom Express Car Wash unlimited monthly membership. Our good friend has a membership. Seems folks enjoy getting their vehicles washed multiple times each month because the membership line was the longest. The lines moved smoothly, and before long we were inside the tunnel. We did not get out of the vehicle right away because we had places to go. So I could not tell how good a job their car wash did. I did notice that there are self-serve vacuums available to clean the interior of the vehicles so that is nice. Prices seem a bit high, but I'm not from the area so maybe that is normal. Anyways, Freedom Express Car Wash seems like a pretty nice establishment. read more

Now I'm posting this everywhere thanks to the attitude the owner gave on my Google Review that I hadn't had time to edit after my interaction with their manager. My review stands as a ONE now. The best part is, the owner should have my number, I gave it to their manager. But they chose to be snarky online instead of reaching out. The manager came out to speak to me after seeing I was taking pictures of my Jeep, he rolled up to my Jeep the moment I was posting the original review. I told him that the kid hadn't explained when I dropped $20, when I suggested I was interested in the $40/month package, or even the person waving me in (which turned out to be the manager) that they weren't going to use any brushes with my Jeep. First the kid told me it was the gas cans. Then the manager told me it was the lights. No one gave me a good/full explanation and I don't think this policy is actually posted anywhere a customer in line could read it. "I came back here to edit the review I posted BEFORE the manager came to talk to me, but since I got the attitude from the person replying to this post, forget it. My issue was with the way it wasn't explained BEFORE I paid and BEFORE I went through the wash... I had to STOP, GO INSIDE and ASK to get an explanation why I got a half-wash. Take the holier-than-thou stuff and shove it. Original review: Paid for an top level wash, wasn't told to remove the gas can or any restrictions about it and then got a POOR EXCUSE for a $20 wash. Kid at the counter seemed to think it was my fault for not knowing or being told it was a policy. I could have easily removed the gas can but not one person indicated I needed to. FE moves people along well during busy times - there is a dedicated lane for members, and two or one lane open for nonmembers paying a la carte. The set up is very much like others in the area with various prices, with washes for up to $20. It was busy when we went due to being a nice day after some really slushy weather. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Vacuums were available and included in the price of the wash, and of good quality in general. The air pressure however was suboptimal, which was a bit surprising. For our SUV there were only a couple of spots missed in the corners of the back which seems to be common with these things. Has a convenient location, but after giving them a fair shot for a couple of months, will go elsewhere. Their equipment just doesn't ever really get our cars clean, there's always spots on our larger cars towards the back and front, and the same on our sedans. The armor all (on the highest price wash only), was never applied correctly and sometimes required a second wash just to get it applied right. The wheels on our cars are also never cleaned very well either. They do have great vaccums, and their air hoses for blowing out various parts on the cars work very well. Can't complain about the staff, they've always been very helpful and even monitored the machine when I brought the missed clean parts and incomplete armor all. Very friendly and helpful. The stories about people's side mirrors could be true, since their machine does whip them around pretty hard if you don't tuck them in before going through. They've put up signs to tell you to tuck them in now, so that helps. Compared to other places they are definitely on the higher end for prices, and they don't do a multi car discount, but really should. They also do not have online access for your membership, which would have made maintaining membership much more convenient. read more

This is a pretty good car wash. No muss no fuss. Just go in and get it cleaned. I like the friendliness of the employees and the speed of going through. The wash section does a pretty good job of getting my truck clean, and living in a snowy winter area, snow mud road chemical crust is a thing. This place does get it off. I'm not super thrilled with the prices, but they discount for military, vets, and possibly first responders, although I didn't ask about that. I'm happy with my unlimited wash membership so far. If it stays good I'll up the review to 5 stars. read more

Bottom line: The most expensive wash option ($20) failed to clean my vehicle's front and rear, and left streaks and spots on every side of the vehicle. However, the free after-wash interior vacuums are very powerful and worked great. I believe the wash did damage to my driver's side mirror, which was disputed by the management, who refuses to take any responsibility. Details: I decided to try out the new car wash in Monument, Freedom Express. It's very flashy and shiny, and I had high hopes a dedicated car wash establishment would do a better job than where I usually take my car (the automatic washes at Rocky Mountain Oil Change and Phillips 66 on CO-105 west of I-25). Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The front grill and rear hatch of the vehicle clearly were still dirty. I drive a 2017 Acura RDX, which is about the same size as a Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4...it's not a big vehicle. Also, some aspect of the cleaning solutions used dried with spots on every side of the vehicle. Due to the vehicle's clear coat, the attached pictures really don't adequately show how pronounced the spots are, but at least gives an idea. Finally, while going through the wash, the rolling brushes on the side pushed my driver's side mirror forward and backward multiple times. It's the only time I've ever been concerned a car wash would tear off a side mirror in any vehicle I've driven. Once I came out of the wash and went to the vacuums, I noticed fairly severe delamination of the Acura dealer-installed clear bra plastic protector on the driver's side mirror. I hoped it would lay back down and re-adhere normally if I gave it some time in the sun, but by the next morning it had not improved. I took it back to the car wash and spoke to the manager, who agreed to look into the issue. The following day, I received a very terse message which concluded with, "due to the condition of the vinyl and the fact that we do not cover aftermarket items on a vehicle we will not be taking responsibility for this incident." This was after I had told him the previous day that the protector was installed by the Acura dealership (i.e., not aftermarket). There was no polite customer service response or phone call, only a very legalistic email reply. Regardless of whether the car wash caused the issue or only exacerbated it, the way the company handled the issue, the excessive force applied by their wash brushes, as well as the overall poor result of the wash means I will not be returning to this business, nor can I recommend it to our community. The review is two vice one-star because the free vacuums after the wash do work nicely. read more

We have used this car wash for about 10-12 weeks and after it we noticed all kinds of random deep scratches down to white undercoat on the side of our red Escalade in different directions. We have not had any scratches on our car when we purchased it right before we signed up with Freedom Car wash and we haven't used any other car wash so we can tell that it is from harsh roller's sometimes hitting our car when we could feel it while going through the wash. If you want your car to be scratches go for it if not find a different car wash station. 2 stars only for the value if it was a quality car wash but it is not. read more

Unfortunately, the wash was a little too powerful and kept taking off my weatherstripping so I canceled my membership. I had bought a membership when I moved here to CO for both of my cars. I took my G37 Infiniti in for a wash. Prior to the wash, I had the car exterior completely detailed. Now after the wash, the car has "fine scratches" all over it. I talked to the assistant manager Logan. He came out and agreed we had an issue and was told they have had this happen to other cars in the past when they equipment is dirty. I filed a claim only to be told, that this was not their issue. Sad case. I talked to a friend who lives here locally, and she has had the same issue. Now I will be out the monies to have the car detailed again. Can I trust this carwash to do a good job. I had a membership here & I went to get my car washed and my card had expired. I didn't have a card to pay with with me & the guy at the kiosk was rude about it and opened the gate for me to leave. I tried Freedom Express Car Wash (off of Jackson Creek Parkway) for the first time today, after having passed it by several thousand times while doing errands. I had stuck with using the other 2 car washes in Monument which were always "hit or miss." I got a free carwash for signing up for texts on the Freedom Express website, so today was the day! OMG, that was so fast! My car was taken thru on the conveyor belt and it felt like it was power-washed! The line was long when I first arrived, but it moved so quickly where everyone was in and out of there! Very time efficient and my car appreciated the accumulated dirt gone! Special kudos to the friendly and professional staff who helped me with my coupon and mirrors at the pay station and the one who patiently (and with a smile!) guided me onto the conveyor belt between the 2 giant blue spheres. I will definitely be back and possibly sign up for one of the memberships because that hardly took any time out of my day and my car looks awesome! I did not use any of the many other services they offer. read more

I deploy this week so I decided to take my Tesla Model S Plaid to Freedom Express Car Was at North Gate, so that I could throw it under a cover for the next couple months. I got home and was cleaning off the trunk, because it was still dirty, and noticed my wheels were scratched up pretty good. Not completely sure that it wasn't me, I returned to the car wash to inquire if they could look into it. One of the owners/managers came out and said that it couldn't be the car wash's fault, since there was no evidence of dragging, which apparently comes in the form of swirling scratches. So before even reviewing the footage, this individual has already decided that it wasn't her fault. I was able to keep my cool through that but had my girlfriend return to inquire about the footage. The camera  footage clearly showed the damage taking place as a result of their machinery. The manager indicated that it was "obviously" driver error, as the car would have to have been in gear for that to happen. Tesla owners can confirm that, if the vehicle was in drive, it would have had a full panic attack in the car wash and I would have immediately known something was wrong, rather than having to drive home and find out later. I can barely pull into my own garage without it thinking I'm going to get in an accident. This inability to take any modicum of blame is indicative of a spineless management culture and a business that doesn't deserve your money. Do yourself a favor and go to Quick Quack Car Wash that is about a mile away - your car will actually leave clean. --- --- RE: Funny that you haven't reached out to let me know that I damaged your equipment; seems like this is an oddly convenient time to bring that up. Also, odd that you can respond to my comment on Yelp better than you can fulfil my request for a call back or email. My girlfriend didn't share your conviction or belief that I was at fault, especially after reviewing the footage. =) While your manager did 'oh so graciously' offer two months of free washes, I am not so keen on having 4 matching scratched wheels - good joke though. You also knew that I would be out of town, making your free carwash offer just a little extra meaningless. I was confident within 5 minutes of meeting you that you would shirk any responsibility, as you did well before even reviewing the footage. Your carwash damaged the integrity of the wheels by indenting the top lip, which translates to costing me $2,508.00, which is why I've provided pictures. I can't recommend this business. I've had damage to my vehicle ( that they did offer to repair) and I've also seen damage to other vehicles while using the car wash. I saw 2 rear wiper blades hanging of the rear glass of suvs and multiple gas lids open after using the wash. This equipment is obviously too harsh. I did cancel all 3 of my subscriptions after seeing this and having the exterior gate close on my large suv, causing multiple scratches. They did buff out at a body shop. However, the employee did try to lie to me about the gate causing damage, saying there was none. Upon further inspection there was damage on 3 different places on my lift gate. On my last run through the wash before deciding to cancel I noticed they put up signs, that basically said they aren't responsible for any damage to your car. I am definitely not willing to risk ANY damage to my car. The owner contacted me about this review and didn't like the fact I wrote an honest review with my experience. This review is for other customers so they can decide to take a chance at the car wash or not. I know I'll never be back. ***Update*** After the owner responded to this review and invited me to come back, publicly, I wanted to share a small sample of the nasty message she sent me. Best car wash I've ever been to. I loved that this car wash didn't smell toxic, I feel really good about going through with my kids. Our truck is always dirty, between off roading on the outside and our dog and kids on the inside we needed a place that really gets the hard stuff off. Got the bird poop and bugs off no problem. They have a washer for floor mats and their vacuums outside are the best, better than my Dyson at home. Will definitely be returning and telling anyone who wants the best wash. read more

New car wash in Monument near Wal-Mart. This is an automatic wash, pull into the tunnel and your car ends up on a conveyor belt and the machines do the rest. It was fast even for the top-of-the-line service option "the works." It definitely isn't touch-free and it didn't claim to be. The clean and dry seemed pretty good considering how fast it was. However, the pricing is higher than I will personally pay. $20 for that top wash or $38/month for unlimited. The lowest cost option for a more basic wash is $10 or $20/month unlimited. read more

This happened at the Northgate location. The new owners reduced my services, changed to new equipment and scratched up my 8 month old Tesla. After my car wash on Thursda, Mrach 24,2022, i complained about the reduction of services... No more tire shining for me without having to pay more money. I also complained that my car didnt look as clean as usual. This was after weeks of promising new equipment and better services. I didnt get a desirable response ( All I can tell you is run it back through) so i immediately went to the Monument location, less than 10 minutes away, hoping to speak with a manager. This is when I and the Monument workers noticed the scratches. They took photos and, as instructed i ran my car through that newer car wash. Afterwards, I completed a damage report at the Monuemnt location under the advisement of the workers there stating the company was one and the same and it didnt matter where I filed the report. A week later, one of the managers called and said they would not take responsibility becuase i didnt file the report at the right location. When i went up there, the owner accused me of putting the srcatches on my own car althought the scracthes are all over my car and consistent with the brush patterns. I then asked for a refund of the remaining balance of my annual membership deciding it was best to just sever the relationship. He claimed he could not find me in his system and yelled for me to get out of his business immediately or he would call the police although I never raised my voice or made any type threat to him. Is this the place you want to take care of you and your car? I am left with a damaged car and three months remaining on an annual car wash membership at a business with an owner who bullied me, lied to get out of fixing my car, and lacks integrity to do the right thing. read more

I have been to many car washes, got a monthly pass because location is perfect. Anytime I wash my car it's never completely clean, I'll go through two times and still dirty. I've used car washes on Northgate and they brush the front and back before the wash, the car always comes out clean, sadly they're very expensive and location is to far away. I'll more than likely finish out the month and go elsewhere. Also takes forever to get the machines to read the license plate usually have a person come out and open the gate. Love the location but the wash isn't worth it, lousy job. read more

WARNING!! This car wash damaged my BMW M550 this week. It entered the wash pristine and left without the gas door. They are refusing to accept responsibility for damaging the car despite clear footage of it entering intact. Funny a business would risk it's reputation on something such as this. Seems like their has been similar issues for them. Don't risk damaging your vehicle using this car wash. There are plenty of fine car washes close enough and much more honest and safe for your vehicle! read more

Thought I would try the new Freedom Car Wash. My Tundra was moderately dirty found that it was just okay for a ten-dollar car wash. I didn't have time to use the vacuum myself. On the way home my radio was not working. I found that the car wash had ripped my antenna from the Tundra. I went back to Freedom; they had found the antenna and handed it to me. I guess I expected that they would fix it, but they do not cover mirrors or antennas. My antenna was not an add-on, but the original Toyota Equipment. I have been through many car washes and never had a problem until yesterday. Just a heads up on what to expect when you use Freedom. I would recommend anyone of the carwashes on Voyager. They are less expensive and they do not tear off your antenna. So will spend today at Toyota paying to have a new antenna. That overpriced car wash just became really expensive. Just so you know they do NOT stand behind any issues that their equipment causes. I am going back to Voyager and use one of the many car washes that leave your antennas on your truck. And it will not cost me an arrm and a leg. read more
