I have been a long term customer at this walgreens and had very few complaints, if any. There is one particularly amazing pharmacist whose name I don't know but has what sounds like an African accent. He is great as is Amanda, though I'm not sure if she is still at this location. However, I have experienced what I can only describe as retaliatory behavior from Wynter which I believe is a result of sending a formal complaint to walgreens corporate. She lied to me and to my partner about not being able to fill a medication. She has the right to refuse to fill any rx but instead of being honest she objectively lied about it. Subsequently, she now causes issues whenever I try to refill a medication and she's working. Unless it's an astronomical coincidence that whenever she is working when I try to fill it some new issue has arisen. I will be using a different walgreens very soon. Also, I hate to say it but the Walgreens on Torrence and Ridge is VERY BAD. Avoid it at all costs.

When we parked there the door we were originally greeted with stated on the door, "Not a customer entrance. Please use Wentworth entrance." We didn't think anything of it since you would expect a store for handicap customers would have a handicap accesible entrance. We turned the corner to only see stairs. We came inside and my mom said we were there to pick up the order. In a snotty, judgemental tone she said, "Oh he's not with you?" The audacity of this woman. She claimed we could have used the entrance in the back which is again the exact same entrance that said it was not a customer entrance so how were we supposed to know if there wasn't q sign letting us know it could be used by handicap customers. She made a comment hoping the shoes fit him even though she was the one who measured them which made us feel uneasy since someone who apparently does this type of thing is unsure of the fit even though she measured everything.
