The pharmacy department had me on hold for one hour 58 minutes and 42 seconds and no one ever entered the phone before they closed. Spoke with the pharmacy manager the next day who told me it must've been IT problem. I'm pretty sure that is the lack of customer service that made people not answer the phone for almost 2 hours. No one seemed to care when I called to complain. Terrible customer service. I had to give them one star cause that's the lowest that you could choose, but I would give them negative stars if that was an option. I do not recommend this PHARMACY for anyone to use. read more

the pharmacy has not had a working frig for weeks. as a diabetic I need a med that needs to be refrigerated. had a change of insurance in the middle of the wait so time was crucial. made no attempt to transfer the order to another Walgreens or offer any timeline for availability. even with doctor and new insurance intervention am still waiting. read more

The wait time for pharmacy drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! This vehicle has been sitting at the window for 20 minutes - my question is, why are people being allowed and made to sit at the pickup window for an extended period of time. If their prescription isn't ready why not have them wait "x" number of minutes then pull back around. Customers like myself whose prescriptions are "ready" should not have to wait while someone's order is being prepared. ...I finally get to the pickup window and no one's there, poor worker - from the looks of it, he is working both inside register AND the drive thru window - Walgreens should be ashamed. This place STAYS packed and with all of the revenue they bring in they can afford to hire more help, I've counted about 6 cars behind me, this is unacceptable. I will for sure be contacting my insurance and transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy ASAP! read more

This has to be the slowest pharmacy ever! When ever I pick up my medicine through the drive thur there is ALWAYS a 30 min wait time. This last pick up will be my last. I'm transferring my prescription somewhere else. read more

@Walgreens store #05127 located at 18133 S Torrence just lost my business. I drove out of my way to patronize this location, only to have a cashier with a nasty attitude intentionally not speak, refuse to greet me, and throw my items into the bag. Smh. read more

They take extremely long for covid testing, I had an appointment at 2:30 and it's currently 3 and i have not been tested yet.

This Walgreens pharmacy is horrible. I had an appointment for my covid vaccine and they had one line for vaccines and prescriptions. Only one person was working the line and the person giving the vaccines also was working the drive thru window. I waited 1 hour before walking out without my vaccine. I understand they may have been frustrated, but when you work with the public your attitude need to be better. I will never go in this Walgreens again!! read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for years, the technicians do a great job however they just changed Pharmacist and let me tell you I had major surgery and my anesthesia was wearing off the pharmacist would not fill my prescription for pain killers that my surgeon had prescribed, its like there's a language barrier, she actually started laughing when I explained how much pain I was in, I had to have the surgeon paged so he could talk to her about releasing my medication, but before that I spoke to the manager who appears to be from the same country as she is and he also started laughing they were talking among themselves and when I asked her name he the manager gave me a fake name she later gave ,e her real name. There very unprofessional please do not go to this Walgreens. read more
