They told me that they ordered the parts (see another reviewer below who was told the same thing). Turns out, they never ordered the parts. After a visit down there, 4 emails, 3 phones calls (never returned), I finally get an email saying that 'maybe' they could do the work in May. (after I was told I was 'booked' in January). The truth usually works. If you didn't want to do the job or couldn't, say so. Instead, you wasted my time, a 30 mile trip to come see you guys (by the way, crap all over the shop) and lied to me.
