If zero was a option I would of chose it. The bus was a large POS.. while in general bus transport is a good form of transportation Quick shuttle managed to lower the bar, this coach rattles more then a can with rocks, the ride is very harsh, like the suspension needs work. The seats need to be repaired and the foam replaced. The foot rests would not stay up.. Overall I will consider it a win if we make it to Seattle. We chose Quick shuttle over the train based on let's try something different, we'll this was a fail. The bus had a better departure time then the train from Vancouver to Seattle. We asked the driver to turn on the A/C and he said it was on but just really low.. I honestly don't think the driver knew how to operate his coach. The shuttle make about 4 stops in Canada then you cross the border, our coach is starting to smell like dirty unwashed ass, I know now why they have little green trees hanging up.. they didn't help. So the lack of A/C is making this trip even worse then it needs to be, just thankful it Washington and nice cool rainy weather then hot ass Arizona... Yeah pass on quick shuttle from Canada to Seattle, it's a very poor ride quality. Take the train or drive..

Good wifi signal on the bus, and there are USB ports for charging (above your head, look up).

I am extremely disappointed by Greyhound Lines! I booked round trip bus tickets with them to go to…read moreSeattle, my ticket showed that my return from seattle to Vancouver was at 2:30pm. I arrived at my destination at 2:15pm just to find out that the bus had already left an hour before. They don't have a desk or any customer service rep there, I called their toll free number right away and told them that my ticket shows 2:30pm so why did the bus leave an hour before... they said it was because of daylight saving changes that the bus left an hour before... how silly is that??? Daylight saving happens every year and I'm shocked that Greyhound keeps making the same mistake. I had to get back the same day but they had no space for any bus on that day, so they told me that they will give me a full refund on my tickets, I just have to send them an email. I ended up booking a last minute train which costed me the same price as my two way ticket with Greyhound. I suffered a massive financial loss because of Greyhound's silly mistake. The customer service responded to my email saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and are willing to be give a voucher for half the price I paid and the voucher would only be valid for 3months!! This is after the customer rep on the phone assured me a full refund... I demanded a full refund because I suffered a big loss because of their mistake. They eventually agreed to give me a refund for 3/4th of the price that I paid. I told them I want a full refund because the return train tickets I had to book were so expensive and I had to bare that cost because of you. They decided to ignore everything I was saying and kept copy-pasting the same message to me over and over again without addressing any of my issues. They don't have a phone line, only emails, and it's probably because they get a lot of angry calls from customers because of their terrible service. I would have not been this upset if they would have had the courtesy to respond to my concerns like a human being instead of copy pasting the same message over and over again. It felt like I was talking to a wall, and worst part is I paid such a hefty amount because of no fault of my own! I'm very disappointed with their customer service and will probably never take Greyhound again.

Horrendous. The most recent trip with Greyhound had the bus break down in route to Vancouver from…read moreSeattle. The driver gave us no updates while randomly pulling over inexplicably. We had to overhear him on the phone trying to troubleshoot some problem. Needless to say it didn't help. His and their solution? Try to find US Uber drivers to come over the border and take everyone home! Being midnight and in the middle of nowhere this didn't work, to no one's surprise. I can't believe a company this age and scale had no contingency plan in place for an event. Not the first time their beater buses have broken down I'd guess. We could then overhear him asking for the next bus up from Seattle to take people with them. That bus would leave from Seattle at roughly 8am and likely arrive 3 hours later. So we would have had to sleep on the bus a solid 8 hours. Then he started asking people for their friends and family to take them home. Having enough of this situation I called a cab which took me and 3 other passengers to the destination. Greyhound won't refund my ticket or the cost of the cab. Great service! Avoid if you can. (Flixbus is also owned by Greyhound so good luck to us all)

After the first leg of my trip I was ready to write an excellent review. Going from Kamloops to…read moreYVR, I left my suitcase on the bus. I emailed, had quick replies and my problem was solved by meeting the bus before it left in the morning and I was very appreciative of the customer service. Then came the return trip. We had a replacement bus to start off because the transmission was having problems on the actual bus. After a couple of stops, they transferred us to the bus that they knew had a faulty transmission and sent us over the Coquihalla. The bus driver had to stop the bus to get out and do something to do a reset and then we'd go again until it failed again. By the time we arrived in Merritt the reset didn't work anymore and we had to sit in the bus while the driver, who I assume is not a mechanic, changed a module or part to get it running again. From my seat I could see the dashlight warning of transmission problems. We made it to Kamloops eventually, but that bus was supposed to go all the way to Calgary. I don't know what happened after I got off the bus, but the drivers were not very happy with their situation. Stuff happens and sometimes you just have to do the best you can, but the bus company knowingly put us on the bus that had a malfunctioning transmission. It didn't just happen by accident along the way. If this is a safety first company, I don't think that would be acceptable. There was also an incident at the Vancouver station where a male passenger was yelling insulting profanities, quite violently and the woman in the seat behind me was crying and saying "I don't want to get stabbed, I was in a bus where someone got stabbed," which made me very uncomfortable and I'm sure others as well...especially the lady behind me. The driver just yelled at the guy to shut up or he'll call the cops, but let him stay on the bus. I was a bit freaked out by that as there were some scary words coming out of that guy. I guess it worked because I didn't hear anything else from him for the trip, but it would seem reasonable to just kick him off. Long story...strange trip home, but the trip from Kamloops to YVR was fine.

Whoever drove bus 18 in Edmonton on 12/19 at around 3:00... needs to be fired. I grew up with…read morereckless country kids with access to shitty trucks and empty fields and i've never seen driving this reckless. Starts off with him absolutely cutting off a car infront of me in a 60, while only signaling once his nose is in the lane. Obviously, the car had no time to react, so he didn't let the bus in. the bus pulled back out and slammed on the horn for minimum 5 seconds. Like you're the one in the wrong but ok. Anyways I let him in cus he probably would've rear ended me otherwise. Next, he starts going in between lanes DURING RUSH HOUR, just sitting in the middle for no reason. cars are swerving to miss him, etc. Finally, I run through a yellow since I didn't have time to stop with the snow. I look behind me, he's far from the intersection, probably a 4-5 car gap. the car across from him starts turning left since they were in the intersection, and as they were halfway through, this idiot floors it to 80 or something to get through. Not only does he almost hit a car turning, but he almost slams into a pedestrian that started to cross. Because why the fuck would he not stop? the light was beyond red, people were already starting to move for their green on the other end, and pedestrians had a light. Fire this dude.
