My wife booked a ticket for a good friend and her son to travel from Vancouver to Seattle, as well as a return bus ticket. The ordeal itself was a nightmare -- despite arrive half an hour early and waiting in the designated waiting area (confirmed multiple times with the hotel staff), the bus did not arrive as promised at 09:30. 20 minutes go by, still no bus... the friend informs my wife, who immediately contacted Quick Shuttle -- they were able to confirm over the phone that the bus was "running late" and would be "arriving shortly". Not two minutes after the friend got off the phone, SHE SAW THE BUS DRIVING BY WITHOUT STOPPING! WTF!!! Furious, we called customer service, who told us that the driver picked up other passengers (obviously not true), that our friends would be placed on the next bus (which I had to find out, WHILE DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE, that it was FULL!!)... they had to stand on the curb and wait for the bus after that, at 11:30. Fun fact: the 10:30 bus driver arrived 15 minutes early, went INTO THE HOTEL to check for guests, and... rejected our friends, who attempted to board the bus. And I really needed to press the customer service representative to confirm that it was the BUS DRIVER who was not performing his/her duties, which allowed my wife and I to consider that perhaps the company is not to blame... * * * I wrote an email explaining the entire experience to the email address provided by the customer service representative and gave my best version of a fair, objective representation of the morning, what we felt was wrong, and invited Quick Shuttle to respond. A Reservations Supervisor from the company replied to my email courteously and responded in such a way that explained what happened, took ownership of their role in the situation, and worked with us to repair the relationship. As promised, we will be communicating this with our friends, who are scheduled to return to Vancouver from Seattle tomorrow. We feel heard by the company, and that our patronage matters; we look forward to communicating this to our friends in hopes that their return trip will be smooth and without issue. read more

Had trouble booking and ended up only booking each leg individually. Emailed to ask if they could combine my tickets to a round trip or if I could cancel to rebook as the cost difference was over $30 AMERICAN. Response was rude and absolutely not favourable. Will never book with them again and I haven't even gotten on the bus. read more

ABANDONED AT THE BORDER BY THE BUS DRIVER!!!! We took the Quick Shuttle bus from Cameron convenience store 0n 176th Street in Surrey. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS! While our documents were being looked over by the US border people, the bus filled up with the other riders and then the driver left without us. There we were, tranded at the border, without a way to get to the Seattle airport to catch our flight. When we phoned the Quick Shuttle office, they didn't help us a bit and didn't even offer us any way to get to the airport. They just said we could wait for the next bus, which was hours away. Did they expect the airplane for wait for us, too? Fortunately for us, a Greyhound bus driver saw our plight and offered to give us a ride on his bus going to the SeaTac airport. Luckily for us our baggage was with us because we needed to carry them in to the customs office ourselves or else we would have been chasing down our luggage to God knows where. Any probably never found them. We were later told that the Quick Shuttle driver had picked up two additional passengers and his head count was then accurate, so he left. Hello? If he had two extra new passengers wouldn't he have known that his head count would be two extra from the last count? Excuse me, but that was a really dumb and lame excuse. In the end because of the very considerate Greyhound bus driver it turned out okay for us, but it could have been a disaster. The Greyhound bus driver told us that has happened many times before--people being left at the border by a driver. Isn't that nice to know? I will never, ever use that bus company again. I will stick with a Greyhound. The driver was irresponsible. The company didn't help a bit and just left it for us to find our own way in a foreign country. Let me start by saying this. This is by FAR one of the most terrible experiences I've had with a company my entire adult life. Let's start at the beginning. My girlfriend booked two tickets for a shuttle to take us back to Washington which was designated to leave on our tickets at 9:45 AM. On our tickets, it said to be at the pick-up location 15 minutes before your pickup time. Which is totally reasonable. However, me being the paranoid person that I am told my girlfriend that we should get there at 9:20 AM instead. I did not want the risk the chance of being stuck in Canada with no way of getting back. After picking up some coffee we made our way to the pickup location. Which was the Marriot on 123 Holtby Street. We're literally standing right in the front entrance of the hotel with our bags waiting for this shuttle to show up. We wait till 9:45AM and still no shuttle has shown up. So we're thinking what gives you know? So we call the customer service line & the rep we talk to on the phone says that the bus is running a little late. She assures that it is on the way and should be arriving within the next 10 minutes. We're definitely annoyed because you know why ask us (the customer) to be there15 minutes early if you can't even keep to your own schedules? Anyways we think fine whatever. So we wait. Me not wanting to be THAT customer I wait till 10:05 (that's right 20 minutes later folks) to call them again. Because the shuttle has STILL not arrived. I talk to another customer service rep & she tells me that she apologizes for the delay, they are running behind schedule & the shuttle is in transit. She tell us it shouldn't be more than 10 to 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I grudgingly say 'fine' & hang up. So we wait. 10 minutes go by. 15 minutes go by. 20 minutes go by. It's not until 25 minutes later that I decide to collect myself, cool down, and call. It's 10:30 AM now. I call & I talk to yet another customer service rep. She asks me to wait on hold while she calls 'dispatch' A couple minutes later I'm back on the phone with her & she tells me that 'she can't get a hold of dispatch' & to just keep waiting & that if the bus doesn't get there within 10 minutes to call them back again. So we wait. 15 minutes have gone by & still no shuttle. At this point I'm about to explode I'm so pissed. IT'S BEEN A WHOLE HOUR SINCE OUR SUPPOSED PICK UP TIME. I talk to another customer service rep. She asks me where we are at. I tell her that we're at the address the ticket asks us to be to pick us up. She keeps asking me if I'm sure I'm at the right place. I tell her pretty angrily that yes I am at the address I used GPS to even verify it. She then proceeds to inform me that the shuttle HAD ALREADY LEFT. I'm so mad the veins are popping out of my neck. I ask 'WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE SHUTTLE LEFT?!" She then tells me that the driver did not see us waiting at the pickup location and that he tried looking for us but couldn't find us. So he left. I ask her how is that even possible if we had been waiting there since 9:20 AM in front of the hotel entrance & never saw a driver much less a shuttle ever stop in front of it. She says she doesn't know & that she's not the driver. I then ask her why did 3 separate service reps I talked to tell me the shuttle was on its way when the thing had already left??!! These troglodytes can't even keep their story straight!! She then tells me the driver left a note at the concierge desk in the hotel lobby. She then informs me that if I want there is another shuttle arriving at 11:30AM at the Holiday Inn nearby. She then rudely lets me know that "the only reason I'm even letting you get on that shuttle is because a couple other passengers canceled, so if you want to ride it get there soon". I was LIVID. Yeah that's the only reason you're letting me on that shuttle? Not because of your AWFUL customer service, or your company's completely UNPROFESSIONAL behavior? Not because 3 of your customer service reps LIED to me saying the shuttle was on its way when the bloody thing had already left?! So I go into the hotel lobby & approach the concierge. I ask her if a shuttle driver had come in & left a note. She then goes "Oh are you Erik?" I say yeah that's me. She says that yeah a guy did come in looking for me really early around 9 AM. I go "9AM? You sure?" She says "Yeah positive, he was waiting around here and said he really hoped you would show up & then he left at exactly 9:20". That's when a light switched on in my head. When my girlfriend & I arrived there we had seen a Quick Shuttle bus turning just around the corner at 9:20. I remember because I mentioned it to her as we got there that it looked like they already picked up the first group. So this driver got there at 9AM and left at 9:20AM leaving us BEHIND. Even though our departure time was listed as 9:45 and this guy left a full 25 minutes before our supposed departure time!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!! read more

Don't let the name fool you... this is not a "quick" shuttle. I have taken this shuttle to Bellingham Airport and SeaTac numerous times due to a lack of an alternative means of transportation. It's never on time for pick up and always runs at least an hour behind schedule. If you go by the estimated arrival times on their website you'd likely miss your plane (once I arrived in Seattle 4 hours behind schedule!). Advertised WiFi hardly ever works. The service is bearable for the relatively short ride to Bellingham, but I'm not sure the savings is worth the 6+ hour journey to SeaTac. read more

Took this bus to Vancouver because of a problem with my license at SEA-TAC car rentals. How could I visit my college-kid at UBC? I went online, made a call, and got a reservation for the 1pm northbound bus-- plus return rez for my homeward return leg. It's good to not stress over having to drive. And our driver, James, is very nice and professional. He told us all the info we needed, route we are taking, stops, times between, what to expect at border and customs. Also he pointed out cultural and geographical tidbits of knowledge, such as the cannabis greenhouses we passed. Overall a very pleasant experience. read more

I took the Quick Shuttle from SeaTac, Seattle WA airport to Vancouver. It was easy to locate the pick up spot and the shuttle was on time. The only delay was by me as the officers at the boarder thought all 3 of my bags needed a look through. I was kept about 20 minutes but the Quick Shuttle did not leave me behind. We still made it to Vancouver in the 5 hours I was told it took to get there. The bus was comfortable with only 8 passengers going to Vancouver and about 37 on the way back. My bus driver Barry was great and even told me of a better location to be picked up from on the trip back. It was a cheap way to travel to downtown Vancouver and when I return to Vancouver I will take Quick Shuttle again. read more

This is an inexpensive way to travel between Seattle and Vancouver and some points in between, including Bellingham International Airport. If you're leaving and returning within six days, you can get a discounted commute rate, automatically applied when you purchase online. But this fare is non-refundable, so be careful. (The other day, I booked one the commuter fare online and called before they processed my credit card, and they actually issued a refund. Bravo for good customer service!) The bus doesn't make every stop. So just don't wait somewhere for its arrival based on a schedule. Instead, reserve in advance. The hours on their customer service line are limited. read more

I took the Quick Shuttle from South Surrey To Sea/Tac Airport. Had read in reviews that the shuttle can be very late so I took an earlier bus. Delays though were minimal, 5 minutes for pick up and 15-20 minutes for arrival. The bus was clean and comfortable. WiFi was intermittent. The bus driver was courteous, professional and stuck to his job, as it should be, after all, this was not a tour bus. I was pleased with the service provided and plan to use it on future trips. read more

Travelled from Seatac to YVR recently and service was exceptional and driver was courteous and professional. We left Seattle on time and made a few stops and got to the border earlier than scheduled. We had to spend an hour at the border due to couple of passengers who took a long time to clear customs and immigrations. Even after the delay I was able to get to my destination half hour earlier than what I estimated. I am definitely going to take the shuttle again. read more

"Slow" shuttle lags about an hour behind schedule. Also, if you're boarding the bus from a hotel in Vancouver and you happen to be close to the Holiday Inn (It's d/t Vancouver ... everything's close) just go there, otherwise you could spend up to an hour waiting in the Holiday Inn lobby. The "Slow" Shuttle first uses a van to p/u people at the various hotels d/t and then drops them off at the Holiday Inn. Only then do you board the big bus that's taking you to Bellingham or Seattle. read more

This review of my quick shuttle experience on September 18 from the Vancouver convention centre to DT Seattle has no reflection on our bus driver. If it where not for his driving skills and personality the bus loaded with passengers would have been a very tense ride. The issue that trip was clearly the management and reservation that confirm the trips and passengers. Bus was to leave at 0900hrs. It did not show up till after 0900. I heard there was two other buses for 0900 that had loaded and left earlier. Sounds like the company was hoping for no show passengers before they order a third bus to attend. The schedule was direct to DT Seattle. Well we got going almost in the oak street bridge when the driver was called by his dispatch to return to DT to pick up more passengers. By the time we got out of DT, we where over a hour late. On the way again the diver was told to pull into Riverrock to pick up passengers ( not a scheduled stop). We waited over 25 min for those passengers. Over half of this bus was heading to Pier 91 to catch a cruiseship. Yes we did have some time still for us to get there but would have been nice to get into Seattle earlier per the schedule before we headed to the ship. Then we can't forget the passengers stressing out that where heading to Seatac. Guess the good thing is, we all made our destinations safely but on time? Clearly not. Over a hour late and this only due to quick shuttle reservations and whomever made the calls to delay us further with the unscheduled stops. I emailed the company requesting a refund as I did not pay for a multi stop route. The cold yet expected reply basically was to bad you got there, did you not? I am considering posting my email and the reply from t. Quick shuttle use to be a company that cared about the customers, schedules and employees. That clearly changed scope to the $$ over the past couple years. From me to you the future passengers. Don't have high expectations of this company. It was split type a deal for me. I flew in from KC to Seattle and took Quick Shuttle Vancouver. Gotta say, it wasn't that bad. It's on time for the most part, but there was a time where it was kind of late. I got stuck at the Canadian border dealing with customs and they said I could just take the next one, and it was delayed about an hour. But other than that, it's a good service. OMG.Riderbooker/Quickshuttle I had the most remarkable experience with this Service, or should I say NO SERVICE! and to be called a liar on top of it. Flew into Bellingham 4:20 pm to catch 6:55pm Quickshuttle to Vancouver stood there until 9:50pm. No Shuttle. To make along story short. Called "Riderbooker" and they said the driver told them he was at the airport at 6:55pm which is a complete and utter lie. I was with another passenger waiting for the same bus. So at least I did not feel completely insane. RIDERBOOKER refused to refund the $39.40 cad. So to imply i was the one at fault, plus out money to get to Vancouver was just insult to injury. We were left to find out own way back to Vancouver, and at that time of night is expensive. I have traveled in many countries and would never have thought to have such an experience with these 2 companies. here in the US/Cand.All I can say is your well planned trip can certainly be ruined by an outside source. Customer Service is a joke: They have no one to pick up the phones after 5pm, they left a whole group of people at a pick up location in Seattle, and will not reimburse customers for their troubles and for the mistakes they caused. Great service, WIFI was slow (can load YouTube videos but at 240p) but working for casual browsing, Snapchat, Instagram. AC on at all times kept some breeze on a hot summer day. Driver is very professional and helpful when asked about customs/declaration. For the price of a student (and with Boltbus fully booked on a long weekend), I would take this bus again from DT Seattle to Vancouver. read more

I took Quick Shuttle from Tulalip to Vancouver Airport, the shuttle was late to arrive but we got thru customs quickly, driver was nice and helpful, and we got to YVR timely...If anyone knows the I-5 corridor, the traffic is unpredictable and can be delayed..just how it is, hard to blame the shuttle company for traffic as I have seen in other posts. I am going to use the shuttle tomorrow so hoping for a reasonable trip from YVR to Tulalip, I wish there was a bus between 2 and 6 in the evening as my flight should arrive at 330 and I will have to wait till 6 something to go...AND I also wish there was still an Everett Station stop...that was way more convenient for me...but this still works...thanks for providing the option of a shuttle bus between airports read more

We booked the quick shuttle after a cruise to Vancouver ..,we arrived at the bus 15 minutes before it left and couldn't get on .. It was full.. They overbooked.. The problem was that our son his wife and two kids were on that bus.. We ended up getting to same destination an hour after them..the drivers were extremely nice but the man in charge was not helpful.. The man in charge, as one woman on the bus complained muddied up the process.. The woman who worked there was new and not sure what she was doing..Plus when my kids got back on the first bus after being taken off and then put back on, did not get seats together.. My daughter in law sat up front.. My son in the middle and my 2 grand kids aged 9 and 6 sat in the back by themselves.. My grandaughter was afraid to go to the bathroom on 4 hr ride because she did not know how to work the bathroom in the bus.. The people in the bus would not change seats so kids could at least sit with one parent.. The man in charge was not helpful.. Oh yes he said you will arrive 15 minutes after them.. He lied..it was not cheap either.. cost us $334 for 4 adults and 2 kids..upsetting experience.. They need better bus management and check in at Canada Place where the cruise ships arrive..it really messed up the end of a great trip.. read more

I took Quick Shuttle from SeaTac Airport to downtown Vancouver. I made sure my suitcase was on the bus before I boarded, both at the airport and at the border. By the time we got to Vancouver, my suitcase was gone. The driver was so busy talking to everyone every minute that he either left my suitcase on a curb somewhere or let someone else walk off with it. This was at the beginning of my trip so I had no clothes or toiletries on arrival. Quick Shuttle took no responsibility. They refunded me $50 and said there was nothing they could do. The driver said that I should have taken my suitcase on board with me! I had to scramble and buy enough things to get me through a week. It really put a damper on the visit with my parents. No more Quick Shuttle. read more

Well, you live and learn. No WiFi after we left Vacouver. The air conditioning hardly worked. The bathroom was not usable. No light and the toilet did not work. The fact that you must exit the bus with your luggage at the border is a real minus. Not to mention that our trip from Vancouver to SeaTac took over 6 hrs! Never again! read more

We travelled to Bellingham and back Sept 8th and back Sept 11 2014. Leaving Vancouver at Holliday Inn bus arrived on time, loaded and left with out any problem. Several stops along the way for pick ups and off to the border. Along the way the driver was informative about the area and the process at the border including suggested using washroom facilities. Arrived at border and short delay before entering customs. In general everyone cleared customs quickly with the exception of 2 individuals which delayed departure somewhat. It must be noted that the driver or the Bus Service has no control how long it will take to clear customs!! Arrived Bellingham about 20 minutes behind the scheduled time, with lots of time to catch flight. All air lines recommend to be at airport at least two ahead of flight to clear TSA. On the return Quick Shuttle arrived for pickup 15 minutes after scheduled pickup. Acceptable!! The driver was very professional and extremely courteous. Explained what to do and expect at Canadian Customs. Short wait before bus proceeded to Customs and cleared in about `15 minutes or so and on our way. He asked where people were going and we indicated Holiday Inn wanted to know if we had anyone picking us up, when we said we did, he knew we would be a bit late and maybe inform them. Had no phone number. Bus encountered traffic accident prior to tunnel. Driver was able to detour and started letting people of at airport etc. Heavy traffic! We Arrived at Holiday Inn about 20 minutes late. An excellent job by your diver. I wish we had asked for his name so I could personally thank him. read more

There is nothing quick about this service, there were delays every step of the way, with picking up passengers at approx 6 stops. The stop at the Canadian border was a joke. We had to get off the bus and get all our luggage ( just coming off a cruise we had 6 bags) and had to lug them thru the line. They had only one bortder agent checking everyone off the bus, then had to put all the bags thru security, etc. There was no one to help you what-so-ever and this took forever to get everyone thru and then tug you luggage again to the bus and have everyone get on. The bus driver was the rudest man EVER - we were trying to get our luggage together and he asked me if we were going to downtown Seattle, and I made the mistake of saying yes, but quickly corrected my self and said I mean Seattle airport. He said "You mean SEA-TAC" in a mean voice and I said yes. He then ranted on how that was not the same as the airport, and said there was a difference between downtown Seattle and the airport. I said I was sorry 3 times, what a jerk. We got to the airport 2 hours and 10 minutes late....so much for the poor people who had flights. No more "quick shuttle for us"...what a joke. read more

I took the shuttle bus from the Vancouver, B.C., airport stop to the Bellingham, WA, airport stop. I only wish the Vancouver airport stop was actually *at* the airport. Instead, one must take the Skytrain to the Bridgeport stop (~5 min), then walk across the street to the entrance of the River Rock casino/hotel. (But this is easy, and still preferable to going all the way to downtown Vancouver to catch the bus, as is the case with the other shuttles heading into the USA, like BoltBus and Greyhound). I've used those alternatives before and while Quick Shuttle is more expensive, I found the bus to be a lot cleaner and more professional. Price difference also means different clientele. Our driver was friendly and efficient. Good wifi signal on the bus, and there are USB ports for charging (above your head, look up). It's important to note that these bus companies have no control over the time it takes to get through the border; it's simply the luck of the draw and all depends on how many buses have descended upon the border control at the same time. And it's always the same procedure for all the buses -- everyone has to unload off the bus, gather up all their baggage, file inside the building, and go individually through border control with baggage scanning. (P.S. always be very careful to declare any and all food you have!!) read more

Be aware that if you are going to the cruise ship terminals, there is a transfer to a small van shuttle that is not made very clear on their website. The shuttle was not there when we arrived Downtown Seattle and we were actually told to exit the bus and told the shuttle service would not be there for at least an hour and the bus driver said we could take a taxi. He offered no help and we literally were dumped in downtown Seattle to fend for ourselves to get to the pier. Very unprofessional. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Worst customer service EVER. If I could give less than one star, I would. This company has the worst customer service - especially their manager: Janessa Huppe. I booked this shuttle trip for my sister in law who was visiting from Europe. There was a coupon in the entertainment book for 50% off so I called the company directly to book the ticket through them and to verify if the coupon could be used and applied. I told them upfront about the coupon and asked MULTIPLE times whether the coupon could be used and how to redeem it. The girl kept saying "yes no problem! Just show the coupon to the driver and we will reimburse you the 50%". I even clarified the price "so after the discount, The it will be $25? That's so cheap. What a great deal" to which she replied "yep! Just bring the coupon." Sure enough, I was NOT reimbursed the full 50%, and when I called to inquire, I was then told the coupon did not apply to the particular tickets I had booked. !?!?!! As if I had someone managed to book the wrong tickets -- I had booked directly through them!!! and no one had told me of such a thing. I asked to speak to a manager, and they kept telling me just to email her. I insisted on speaking to her directly. The manager, Janessa, also dodged my questions, and kept wanting to only deal with me through email. She emailed me that she had "asked" the employees if any of them had not told me the coupon didn't apply (as if any of the employees would admit to a mistake they made in the first place) and then told me "no one could recall such a conversation" and dismissed my complaint completely. What the heck!? I wrote her back saying that if a conversation wasn't recorded and if there was no proof or evidence of something their employee had discussed explicitly with a customer and then not upheld, then, when in doubt, the customer should be honoured. That's just good customer service. I would never have booked it if it wasn't 50% off. Janessa replied to my email and didn't even acknowledge or respond to anything I had said at all. What insanely terrible customer service and an awful way to do business. I feel incredibly tricked and undermined. Their company tells me yes! It's this price, and then only after you've paid for it - nope sorry just kidding. And then when you try to figure out what happened, they just ignore you completely! read more

NOISY. Dirty. Old. Freaky bus driver who would idle the bus endlessly. We got on at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites--in the middle of the scary drug and poor scene of Vancouver--after being harassed by no less than 3 homeless people in less than a minute. We waited outside the bus for 20 minutes, which was RUNNING the whole time, until the driver showed up! Finally on board, all we could smell was vomit. We asked the driver to do something and he ignored us. It was nuts. Never again. read more

I bought one way tkts from Bellingham, WA to Vancouver, BC. Schedule was to be 1055 am arriving at 1:15 pm. Not so! Bus arrived 20 min late AT BLI. Bus driver very slow and disorganized. Bus less than 1/2 full and took him almost 30 min to load us. He was a smoker and took every opportunity at stops to exit and have a cig. Came back smelling awful and triggered my asthma! At one stop he exited bus and went in to a hotel, again returning 10 min later, expelling smoke. More than 1 hour late, we still werent at our hotel. We pleaded and were dropped off on Burrard ACROSS the street from our hotel to avoid going to cruise ship terminal and then other hotels before arriving at our destination. When making my reservation I specifically asked time of arrival at downtown hotels. Clearly, the agent wasnt honest or realistic. Made us too late to enjoy a high tea at the Fairmont Hotel. Next time I will find another service to get to BC, so I don't recommend this service. read more

My mother and I had traveled from Texas and bought tickets with Quick Shuttle to go from Seattle to Vancouver the day of the Women's World Cup final. With our confirmation email in our hand, the bus driver would not let us on the bus because our names were not on his list. Quick Shuttle over-booked the bus to Vancouver that day (most everyone on the bus was going to the game) and 6 people with confirmations were left stranded in Seattle. After calling customer service and telling them what happened they did not do much to help us get to our destination in time. We ended up having to get a family member to drive us a 7 hour round trip so we could make it on time. We are so incredibly disappointed with Quick Shuttle and will NEVER attempt to use their services again. Even now we are having a difficult time just getting a refund. Quick Shuttle is THE WORST shuttle service I have ever used. They do not hesitate to leave you screwed over and stranded. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! read more

Not a reliable company! I booked for three people between Vancouver Cruise Terminal to downtown Seattle - liked that it had a bathroom on board and free wi-fi. Received explicit instructions in confirmation email on where to wait. Saw the representative meet people for the previous shuttle. We watched carefully for an hour - she didn't ever come back. We had to go find the bus ourselves which wasn't an easy task with thousands of people getting off 3 cruise ships. We barely made it. During this time I called the company to ask where the bus would be at - an extremely expensive international call. The representative was sitting on the bus - claimed she was "looking for us" but we knew what she looked like and she never came through the waiting area. The bus then went to a downtown Vancouver hotel for pick up. We were told that the bus was oversold and we had to transfer to another bus. During this time I heard mention of "the 3 no shows" and the driver very quietly responded to the other driver. Since we were the only party of three I'm pretty sure they were counting on not finding us and us not finding them. We transferred to the other bus, a much smaller one. No bathroom on board, no wi-fi, no apology for not getting the service booked. I definitely recommend you avoid this company. read more

It was a bad experience with this bus. As many reviwers indicate it left Vancouver late and arrives Richmond 30 min late and on the way to US borders there was no Wi-Fi they don't even provide plugs to charge your laptop or cell phone. After we arrived the customs the security start their check with us and took more than one hour so the bus driver left us in the US border check and gave us a pass to the next coming bus. The next driver refused to get us on bord after we've been cleared until all his passengers were in the bus after checking claiming that he has promised his passengers to resreve their seats and he will get us on board if he has available seats. We were planning to stay in Seattle for at least 4-6 hrs and because we arrived late we have to wrap up our shopping and lunch as we have to return on the same day. First of all, there is nothing "Quick" about the Quick Shuttle. We traveled to SEA-TAC August 27, 2015, and arrived at about 10:00am, the shuttle bus was not scheduled to arrive until 1:00pm. We did not depart for our final destination of downtown Vancouver, BC, until around 1:30pm. The route through Seattle seemed very circuitous. At one point, we stopped somewhere with another Quick Shuttle bus parked just in front of us. Two passengers got off and seemed to have some kind of family reunion on the sidewalk. This went on for a good 20 minutes. The driver handed out the forms to complete for the border crossing and told us we would not have to exit the bus there. When we arrived at the border, he told us to stay in our seats and he would be "right back". Another 20 minutes elapsed before he returned, told us all to get off the bus and take everything with us. We then had to go inside to have our passports checked (funny, Quick Shuttle claims they pre-screen all passengers!). So, after 30 minutes or more of everyone being checked, the bus inspected, luggage reloaded, we were on our way...for a whole two blocks or so before we stopped to let a couple off at a gas station. I don't know if this was a scheduled stop or a convenience stop for the couple. People were slowly dropped off at their hotels, and we were the last off at nearly 6:45-7pm - 6+ total hours on the bus. The bus was dirty, the restroom was filthy, and the overall experience was exhausting. Needless to say, we did not use them to return at the end of our vacation, but rented a midsize car (just over $100USD) and it only took 3hrs2min to drive to SEA-TAC.
