The space is clean, and the people working here were nice and efficient. The nurse was particularly great with my toddler. There wasn't any toilet paper left in the bathroom, and the tap credit card machine wasn't working. Little inconveniences. Their online interface pre- and post-appointment are top notch.

This is my second visit this week due to a long illness and while I was explaining why I came back I decided to give her the overall from last Tuesday since she didn't serve me then. She rudely says ok so why are you here today. No bedside manner at all. Then when I was about to leave I was waiting for the pharmacy notification to see if my meds were ready the front desk lady tells me the service is not that good here you should go outside. Signal was fine I strongly suspect she was trying to get rid of me because when she said that she walked away from me. Very unprofessional. Not even a have a nice day or a feel better. Won't be coming back to this one again. No bedside manner and they rush you out the door for no reason. I'm sick and perhaps I didn't want to step outside in the heat again so soon. The security guard was a sweetheart though so five stars to her but not to the people in the office.

I wish I got the assistant who took my blood but he struck up a warm conversation when I told him I had a fear of blood to distract me. While this urgent care is a little out of the way for me in regards to physical distance, I'll definitely be returning for all other routine work that needs to be done. Thank you so much!

A 2 days later I came again since from my hand was starting to go out some white discharge, and to be sure that it is not an infection, I went again to that office, and explained that I would like to see the doctor just to look if this is an infection or not but the a receptionist informed me that if I want to see a doctor it will be a consultation and I need to pay a co-payment again (even I am coming with the same problem and even if the problem accrued because of some wrongdoing of the doctor! The need for an extra copay to address a complication of the original treatment was unexpected and concerning. Do not go there, they just looking to make money on you, not really help you! Very disappointed!

Just like our lives will start anew once COVID-19 is stabilized. I can be very critical and outspoken especially with Medical Facilities and Doctors as well as staff. I needed to find a new PCP as my old one didn't take my type insurance. I researched the Doctor-Dr. Celestin. As my main concern is my health needs. I prearranged and gave all my info online before my appointment. So I could just go in and see the Dr. We'll... I must say they were thorough. I got there 45 mins before appt. I asked to fill out last minute details ( which I think should be added to the online paperwork). But the young lady that took care of me did everything rapidly and it coincided with the time I would be called. I was taken into a private office, where every question imaginable was asked about my health and presenting issues. The Nurse that took care of me was kind and understanding. A Perfectionist. She did an EKG and Urinalysis was also expected. Another young lady did my blood work. Which made me happy that they have lab work done there , instead of going else where. I was ready to see the Dr. I told him I'm a good person, but a lousy Patient. As I've never been sick in my life, so as I was growing older I thought myself invincible. Me???? Get sick? Need Doctors? Hell no! But here I was trying to get the best Dr. I could to help me grow old gracefully. Well..... Dr. Celestin turned out to be the BEST. Intelligent, Empathic, listened to me, respected with my thoughts and opinions, though he was the Dr. Lol.!!!!! What I like most he didn't turn to medications immediately, he weighed the options and explained that there are different ways of looking at an illness or diagnosis. When he started speaking about the function and mechanisms of why things may be happening to me and organ functions. It opened my eyes to a whole new world. I loved that he broke things down in plan English and lay mens terms. I left that office motivated, satisfied, educated and happy. There's a medication he changed and gave me only a 30 supply because he wants to see how I react to it. Instead of giving me a 90 day supply which I may not use if it doesn't work and that's a waste of money. I need some test, the front desk gave me the referrals to make appts when I'm ready. All in all I have to say , they have a good set up there. I'm not saying that things don't happen and one day I may have wait. Or things may not go as I thought. Just bear in mind we are only human. Things happen. And we have to slow down because life in NY is hectic enough. This is my experience after not seeing a Dr. for a couple years due to COVID. I hope you give them another try. Millie

He listened to my concerns and unlike other doctors I have been to-- didn't give me a hard time when I requested a rapid strep test. Oh, and all the employees had a good, solid command of English. (I hate going to a doctor and using sign language to explain "I have a fever and I can't move my neck and I think I have an acute case of hypochondria" ) Obviously, this isn't the place where you are going to go for regular care, but they are pretty darn good over here. Plus, they aren't going to send you home with a Z-Pak for paper cut. Glad that they are part of our community!

Konrad and Olivia came, gave him an IV, he felt so much better and could keep food down which helped him recover so much quicker. Anytime we are under the weather or pre/post travelling we ask them to come. They are both the nicest people, and so caring. When I text them, they respond right away and slot me in for the same day and are always on time. I can't say nicer things about Studio Med. They are truly the best.
