This was my absolute best ever experience at an urgent care. Everyone who entered my room from the assistant to the nurse to the doctor spent quality time asking about my symptoms and assessing me. The antibiotic I got helped me within 12 hours. Dr. Salib has excellent bedside manner and provided me a doctor's note from work so I could properly heal from a bad respiratory infection. It also barely had any wait at all and even the receptionists were nice. I would 100% recommend. read more

Seem to be nickel and diming us. Issue #1 Went on a weekend so they couldn't reach insurance. Charged cost in full and said they'd reimburse after they called on Monday. On Tuesday they reneged. Issue #2 Also after being seen by doctor, was scheduled for a follow up. Upon day of follow up appointment they said they wouldn't see unless we paid the full price again despite having a record of insurance. Issue #3 likely over prescribing of antibiotics. Prescribed antibiotics when lab tests came back a day later for viral infection. While cough was bad, it wasn't life or death. Over prescription of antibiotics and taking only partial course of prescription both contribute to creation of super bugs. I think the doctors are trying to placate patients by sending them away with a script but over prescription of antibiotics is BAD. Antibiotic is for bacteria not virus. Issue #4 - might be charging us a telehealth fee for telling us the lab results 0/10 would not come back. read more

My sister went there yesterday for nausea & vomiting . The doctor had her in there for 4 hours . The place wasn't busy. If she's throwing up , why the fuck would you order zofran tablets to swallow and not the odt version. Doctors office /urgent cares just send scripts without even caring. This is laziness. I had a terrible experience with a medical assistant who does the workup before you see the doctor. I am disabled and use a motorized chair. I was asked to give a urine sample. She made me go to the bathroom location where I would have to stand and puil myself up into the room. She refused to extend a hand to assist me to stand. After I filled the sample jar, I called out to her and asked her to take it. She said "I'm busy taking blood from someone,." I said: "just take it so I can get back into my chair." She ignored me. She was rude and heartless. I had to put it on the counter myself at the risk of falling. I will never enter that premises again. I hope the doctor reads this post. I did not have the time to inform him. I wish I did. I took my reports and left. She does not belong in a care setting. read more

I said the city do not require blood tests. Doctor an Arabic lady said that she need blood tests. It seems this doctor had never filled out a physical examination form for the city .she said I need to go to my primary care doctor and refunded my payment. My issue is I should have been told this prior to kept me waiting for 2.5 hours. No exaggeration here. I will not recommend this place read more

I had a great experience here! I went for a covid test (non travel related PCR). They don't take appointments and I went around 5:30pm on a weekday so there was a line. Overall, the process took an hour. They are very clean here and make sure to social distance and disinfect regularly. I took a PCR test and got my results back after 1.5days (I had to call to check and then requested they send me proof of results via email). I have insurance so I did not have to pay anything. I'm definitely coming back here again in the future if I need a travel related covid test. I wouldn't listen to the bad reviews on here as the price you pay is determined by your insurance company. You need to call your insurance and find out what is and what is not covered. read more

I've been a patient of Dr Salib for a very long time, since this location opened. However, the quality of care changed drastically. I went for a visit on 03/21/23 for flu like symptoms. Let's begin by all of my info was no longer in their system. The NP student was amazing also the PA that saw me, I did some test and the NP student was able to call me the following day with all the negative results while one test was still pending which was a culture. I called all day on 03/24/23 for the results and I kept getting the run around about someone will call me back. I don't get why a provider from another location have to call me with the results but no one ever called me. I am very sick at this point not knowing what's going on and still awaiting my results. Dr Salib can do better, I know the quality of care you can provide and this isn't it. read more

Awful office. They ask you for your medical reason publicly in the waiting room before you can see a doctor. It's invasive and embarrassing. They refused to give a COVID test without two separate appointments, explaining I would need to return a second day to be tested. This office is only concerned with making money. read more

They are ugly glass facades (can you guys just not try so hard to look like a sterile bank?) that aren't necessary to have 3 on one block (you're not Starbucks). That being said, this place took my insurance, saw me immediately for a minor accident that didn't require the ER, were able to stitch me up (no surprise bills so far) and staff was super nice. The doctors here are great and caring. I was seen by Dr Beckos, a joy and Dr Deniz Asiker, loved the conversation. They listened to my concerns and gave me helpful advice and medical treatment. I'm giving it a 1 star due to the muse practitioners. They were horrible. I was taken to a room by an apathetic, rude white man. I believe he was the nurse practitioner because, afterwards, I saw the actual doctor. This person made inappropriate and disrespectful comments about my illnesses and behaved unprofessionally, even towards his colleague. His excuse for his shitty behaviour was that he only slept one hour. I hope this office gets someone to replace him. It takes more effort to be a shitty person than not. read more

Scheduled to see Dr. Mahtab. Waited almost 2 hours after noon for a fasted blood test. It was not packed so I'm not sure why the PA/aide didn't just collect my blood before my seeing the doctor. Then I received a prescription and my mail order pharmacy did not receive it and we could not resolve the issue within 30 days. I changed it to a store front pharmacy and they still have not received it. Its been almost 60 days since it was first prescribed. This is Garbage. Horrible service. Do not recommend. read more

Sadly Not a place worth recommending - was visiting doctors there starting 4 years ago - so i had about 8-9 visits and i can tell how i see this business - in positives and negatives - unfortunately minuses are more than pluses - that is why i give them only two stars. Visit there is not cheap - $ 150 upfront before any doctor can see you unless we have some medical insurance - in my case i don't so i paid each time i was there sick looking for doc help. Every time i was there - i see total mess in their system - starting from poor not updated patients database (every time i was asked for all my info - home address, my name, vaccines taken now and in the past etc. Waiting time for doctor is also taking a while - in my opinion it could be twice faster with ease, But the biggest surprise for me was my last visit - when doctor was insisting for covid rapid test and 24-hour another one - i wasn't into his idea but i agreed - thinking these two tests are free (in 5 minutes walking distance from MyDoc is place that i can take free of charge - any Covid test !!!!) But nobody asked me here if i am okay with paying $100 for these two Covid tests !!!! I got bill delivered by mail to my mailbox - no questions asked. Totaly dissapointed with this unprofessional move !!! That is why i decided not to visit them anymore - simple as that - i will pay $100 to the lab for tests and this fantastic MyDoc Clinic will lose me as their patient and few more of my friends and some people that read my story on yelp here - this is how good business should not be handled. read more
