The clerk told me my payment didn't go through and that I still owed $4. I trusted him and paid again. Later, I checked my bank account and found my Apple Pay transaction had actually gone through, so I had paid twice. 2nd incident: I bought $11 worth of lottery tickets using Apple Pay. Again, he told me the payment didn't go through. Later he told me he had paid the $11 himself to cover the transaction. I asked him, "How should I pay you back?" He replied, "Just buy me a pack of cigarettes." Trusting what he told me, I bought him a pack of cigarettes. Later, I discovered my Apple Pay transaction had actually gone through, meaning the $11 had already been paid. 3rd incident: About a week later, I bought cigarettes using Apple Pay. Once again, the same clerk told me my $12 payment didn't go through. When I later checked my account, I found that the Apple Pay transaction had processed, just like the previous times. After these incidents, I reported everything to the store owner. I have a recording related to my complaint, and I've filed a police report and reported the matter to 7-Eleven corporate. I'm also filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. I'm trying to find out if anyone else has experienced being told their Apple Pay or card payment didn't go through, only to later discover it had actually processed. I walked in, found the drinks, all sizes clearly labeled. Filled up a drink for friend and easily found the matching lid and extra long straw. EVERYTHING in the drink area was spotlessly clean and well organized. Checkout was a breeze, the employee was quick and friendly even as they waited on me to count out change. Shelves and fresh food are usually well stocked. Bathrooms, floors, and the lot could be cleaner. The free air pump for tires usually works. Employees are generally efficient and sometimes friendly. There are 24 fuel pumps for gas and diesel, so you can nearly always find an open refueling spot. The lot is busy, though, requires extra caution. A large side lot provides safer parking if you're just using the store or need a place for a quick break.

The two pumps closest to the store have E-85 available. I think they have diesel on the pumps furthest from the store. It's clean inside and out. This station also has the BEST air pump in town and it's FREE! I had some tires that lost a lot of air so I would have to put air in them once a week. This air pump saved my wallet! The staff is friendly, but I don't have to go inside much since I am a pay at the pump kind of gal. Inside they have the typical gas station stuff along the same lines as QT without the hot food pavilion. Beer, wine and liquor for you alcoholic needs. Chips, sandwiches and candy if you need a snack.
