I also notice him constantly bossing around other employees at the drive-thru window, which makes the experience unpleasant. On the other hand, Director Christie is always a pleasure to see. She's polite, professional, and supportive of her team, and it's clear she leads by example. Her presence makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. I truly don't understand how the other gentleman is in a management role, as his behavior is the opposite of what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A's usual high standards of customer service.

(I get it that you probably can't see, but don't allow the customer to feel as though they are at fault. We cannot control your vision nor the lighting of the surroundings. She didn't even take the chance to look herself but rather stated, "I dont know you can check." Anyhow, I thank her. I didn't get the usual, "my pleasure," that I'm accustomed to, however, she did stated "you are welcome while walking away with her backed turned. From the moment I pulled up, his energy was infectious. He was incredibly polite, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers.
