I was able to send some pictures of the problem, and got in touch (via phone and email) with Kristie at AOD. She explained exactly which parts would have to be replaced, knew the style name, and even the exact size of the bracket (as there were several sizes available), I was quoted what I considered to be a fair price for the parts and installation. The new bracket was installed, without me being home, a few days later. My mailbox is now straight with the new bracket and all new supporting screws.
