I thought it was a U-joint going south. Didn't really know any mechanics in the area. Asked around and found H&C Garage. Called and spoke to Zach. Very friendly and helpful. He told me to bring the truck over. I limped to his shop knowing it was going to be bad. Turns out the folks that changed my tires last Thursday didn't tighten the lugs with a torque wrench. I went to 6 different garages (not expecting them to do anything in the moment but advise me on the safest way to get it home. I was on the verge of a full on melt down when I decided to try one more garage before calling a tow truck. Luckily the next one I found on the map was Bill's garage. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. When I arrived Brandon came right out and ran diagnostics a few times and drive it around a bit to assess the situation. He felt like it was ok to drive it back which was a huge relief. We found Greg's auto service and Rick was right on it and after a test drive had the vehicle up on the lift within minutes. That tire was about to fall off!
