First time they said it was a bad seal on the drain plug , second time said the drain plug not installed correctly. Bought tires in April 2023. Tires Failed inspection in October 2024 with low mileage. Had to buy 4 new tires ( elsewhere). Rockport automotive had performed all services. They Never noticed uneven wear on the tires during multiple services. They have lots of excuses and made no apologies !!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this garage. It took them 5 months just to get me…read morein to work on my vehicle. Once the work was finished, they charged me an additional $1,500, which led to a last-minute scramble with my insurance company to secure the extra funds. On top of that, I was overcharged for the work. It took four long weeks for them to complete the repairs, and they were supposed to put an inspection sticker on the car, which they didn't. When I went back to the garage to get the sticker, I explained to the owner that I shouldn't have to pay for the inspection since they had my car for four weeks and neglected to do it. The owner then refused to do the inspection altogether, even after I said I was willing to pay. The entire process was unnecessarily drawn out, overpriced, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
