Customers are given a ticket that must be turned in to receive their food, but if the ticket is misplaced by staff or lost, you're essentially out of luck. There has to be a better system than that in 2026. The customer service was terrible. The kitchen staff was rude, and overall the employees treated paying customers as if they were inconveniencing them rather than supporting the business. It felt like basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. I also found it ridiculous that people were standing in long lines waiting for food inside what is supposed to be a nightlife venue. On top of that, the place is cash only, which feels outdated and unnecessary in 2026. The only reason this place seems to stay popular is because people like the atmosphere enough to tolerate the poor service and inefficient policies. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy myself at all. As someone visiting from out of state, this was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I've had at an establishment. We purchased several different 1oz baggies of tabaccos, some smoke shops do not sell smaller amounts. They also have some nice humidors, ashtrays, cutters, lighters and other fun tobacco related accessories.
