Their policies and procedures were constantly changing and the turnover rate was astounding. I did have a good experience with one teacher in particular, but when she left there were no longer any redeeming qualities. The "Assistant Director" was rude and ill-informed and usually unable to answer even the most basic question. The director was never available and rarely responded to email. I'd look elsewhere for the care of your little one!

He did contact hand foot and mouth like the other poster's child during that time however I was notified immediately as soon as it was discovered. They also had the school cleaned out and had parents take anything that was their childs home to be washed. Now you must bring home the bedding every week. The turnover rate has been high the past few months but I do believe this is due to the wage that the workers are paid. There was a story about this recently on the today show. All in all I would recommend this daycare to anyone. My son has thrived and continues to thrive each day he is there. His teachers are very kind to him and have nurtured him through each transition. Whether is be with a new teacher or when he moved to the next class. The administrative part with communication can be improved but that just takes some training on the directors part to her staff.

There is an app they use that shares with families what their student has done during the day such as what they ate, when they napped, activities, potty, etc... We've believed since the start that the faculty really loved our daughter and always treated her with care. After the first few shy days and a few tears, she always entered the classroom with a smile and left with the same. Additionally, the community around the school has been lovely. Mothers and fathers alike are open and receptive to new friendships, and create a great, warm, diverse community. My son genuinely loves his teachers and talks about them all the time at home. He is learning quite a bit and every day comes home with new vocabulary. The manager has a pleasant and optimistic demeanor, as does the assistant manager. We liked the information sheet idea, so we could clearly communicate the daily situation. The staff usually just put "She had a wonderful day! :-) " however, and it was hard to understand exactly what transpired, or why every day was so wonderful (like N. Korea!). Although well appointed with colorful and safe play furniture, the facility is badly in need of a deep cleaning. As you enter, the vestibule walls are smeared with what seems like years of residue from very young hands. The entry system is confusing and arbitrary: we were given a code to use until our personal code was ready, but we were never given the 2nd code, so we continued using the first one. There were supposed to be sign in sheets for each parent, but it took two weeks for that to be prepared. The sign-in system is entirely voluntary, which seems to be a liability issue for both parent and school! Often, upon entry, there was no one manning the front office. The staff was highly fluid even in the two months and our baby had no fewer than 5 different staff during that time, most of which seemed to be transferred or quit shortly after they worked in the place. A few annoying things we disliked included that staff often peeked out of the front window to see what parent was about to enter. Also, the infant room was divided into two sides, and our baby was often not visible through the room window. Infants were allowed to crawl away from the carpeted areas and on to the linoleum floor and this was not safe, nor were the three wooden rocking chairs, which were a danger to falling toddlers. Finally, it took a good month for our account to be set up so we could pay on line; this seemed to be a company-wide issue, however.

Ms. Danielle - Science; does interesting and fun experiments with the kids. The summer program is more like camp than day care, and my kids absolutely love it - water play or pool every week, a weekly theme, magic show, reptile show, etc. etc. They go out of their way to have family events throughout the year (Thanksgiving feast, Christmas program, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Kick Off to Summer, Fall Festival etc), which make you feel part of the family. They provide all the meals and snacks, usually including a hot and healthy lunch. I always feel confident going to work that my kids are safe and well cared for. It's not easy leaving your little ones all day, but Loving 2 Learn made it so much better! We're really going to miss this school and the staff and other kids now that my little ones are moving on. Sounds like fraud to me....Very bad place.. only care about the money and not your child. Avoid at all cost!!!!
