I paid over $500 plus left our sweet driver $100 tip for what was supposed to be a memorable experience, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when we boarded the bus and discovered for the first time that there was no air conditioning. In the middle of June, the temperature inside the bus was nearly 90 degrees, making the ride very uncomfortable for everyone on board. We sat down with our heads out the windows for a breeze at least 90% of 3 hour ride. Hardly was able to dance or move around because it simply was too hot. I've even attached photos of my arms with bruises down them from leaning out the window for such long periods of time. What was most frustrating was learning afterward that air conditioning required an additional charge. Had this been communicated to me during the booking process, I absolutely would have paid the extra cost. At no point was I informed that the bus would not have functioning air conditioning unless an additional fee was paid. Additionally the bus we received was not the bus that was exchanged in text when I asked what the bus looked like. Once explaining that we would pay for AC our driver informed us that would have need to be handled prior and to "just open the windows up" Even more disappointing is how management responded when he asked me to leave a review and I chose to respectfully address it with him first, all that matters to him is that he got his money at the end of the day and was able to scam me out of a bus with no AC!

He confirmed that he was able to provide support, and said for me to just text him when I get here. I arrived and texted him as planned. I even called him numerous times, to which he did not answer any of these calls. It is now 1230 am and I am standing in a line that rivals that of a DMV, waiting for a random taxi to come to my rescue. I have uploaded a snapshot of the text I sent Eric. If I had a choice, I'd give him no stars whatsoever. Very disappointed and I would never recommend this transportation service to anybody.

We had nine people with personal items and carry-on bags, and the trip cost was $75 one way, which compared to other shuttles, was a great deal. He had our flight number so he knew when we would get in. I was VERY nervous when we landed and we called his number, and there was no answer. There was also no voicemail set up, which immediately set off red flags. After two more calls with no answer, I was beginning to formulate back up plans. Finally, he answered, and confirmed he was on his way. Our pick up from the airport was about 15 minutes late, but that's not too bad. He was nice and non-intrusive, and got us where we needed to go in a good time. His speed and lack of turn signals made me nervous, but we were fine. He was very accommodating in our return trip and I would definitely recommend him and book him again.

Suffice to say it was last minute in the sense of typical scheduling with less than a weeks notice. Misty was very nice and upfront about the process and pricing. We received other bids as well and were satisfied with their competitve offer. They provided a list of drivers who showed up in all locations on time, professionally dressed, with busses that were clean, new, and quite nice both inside and out. We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.
