Friday they told me it will be ready Monday, and so I took time off work Tuesday to pick up toward the end of the day. Now they are telling me 3 more days! WHAT?? I have no idea how they got this many 5 star reviews. They have done nothing trustworthy so far in this 30 day experience. At least be honest with people. What set them apart from other companies is that they fix hard drives IN HOUSE, meaning they do not ship it out elsewhere to get fixed.
