My only "warning" for anyone is to ALWAYS arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your appointment - especially if you're a first timer! They have an intake form you fill out and it's always nice to get settled before getting pampered. If you arrive directly at your appointment time, it will cut into whatever your service is.
