Wendy's Massage is our go to spot this year. My husband and I come here regularly and it is always a solid experience. The couples 60 minute body massage for $100 plus tip is such a great deal for the quality you get. I have tried the combo special before, but I keep coming back to the body massage because it is just better in my opinion. The pressure is always on point, and I really appreciate that they do not charge extra for deep tissue like a lot of other places do. I came in today as a walk in for upper back pain. I was instructed to pay up front and there was a tip option. I tipped $5 and I know it's not much but I'm very low on money right now and gave what I could. I honestly can't even afford a massage but the pain is so much. The woman in front looked at my tip amount, looked back at me and laughed. I felt very disrespected and embarrassed. I asked for a refund because I felt unwelcome at that point and she was laughing throughout the entire refund process. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was gifted a Groupon to this place for 3, 1 hour massages. I went to my first massage and it was fine. I didn't realize the person in the front redeemed it until I made my next appointment but figured it would be fine since I paid for 3 and only received 1. I made an appointment ONLINE, do NOT make an appointment online, they will not accept it. When I got there the lady in the front told me they do not sell 3, 1 hour Groupons even though I showed her and had already received one of my massages. After she argued with me for a while she decided to say that they were actually fully booked and I should have called. I showed her my confirmation email and she said nope I needed to call. Then she said something about not even working there but I think this was just a language barrier issue. Overall I'm contacting Groupon to get it refunded because they clearly won't honor it. Absolutely terrible experience never go here. read more

I went to Wendy's with my friend and we both got a massage together. I really wanted this to be a great experience, but it was not too great and here's why the masseuse would basically spread oil all over my body and then softly rub it all over with no pressure although I asked for more pressure it just fell as if they were lather me up with oil then I really loved that they use no gloves to give you a full massage but again it wasn't that much pressure. Lastly, I was getting a massage towards the end and I could smell someone's food while getting a massage. Unfortunately wasn't the best experience for me. All of there is high ratings for this place who knows try it out yourself. It's only $42 and that was a good deal But unfortunately I just didn't get the greatest massage. read more

I treated my wife and myself here on 11/23 for her birthday. This was out of my comfort zone but they were so nice and patient. I wish I remembered who took care of us but on that day the two people were fantastic. It was a first for both of us. The price was very reasonable for what we got. We paid 40 dollars for a 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage. We left feeling great. I slept great that night. My lower back felt great afterwards. We will be back again. Stopped by on 8/7 for a massage before driving back to Norcal. This is the best massage I have had in America. Wendy was very knowledgeable with massages. She could immediately tell my shoulders have been a problem that bothers me. She fixed it and now I feel super relaxed. If you are around the area definitely give this place a shot. Called in the other day to see if I could get a foot massage and they were able to accommodate me same day. I believe the place is new and everything seems super clean. The massage was great I got a 90 minute combo with the feet and back massage. The first time I got a back massage without them digging their elbow my back it was so relaxing the place was clean the staff was nice. The reason for the three star is they try to get me to pay more. When I first got there I chose the massage which was a 90-minute massage with the foot massage included for $65 I paid up front. When I was about to leave, she had me sign the paper i forgot to put a tip in for $3 and the total. she tried to get me to pay $10 more saying I got a 90-minute massage and I showed her that the price was $65 and she'll still trying to get me to pay $10 more. Well if they didn't try to force me to pay more money I've would have came back. They do give great back massages but I don't like the fact that they tried to get you to pay more money read more

I'm going to keep this really short and sweet. I went in today and as my girlfriend was treating me to a massage. I proceeded to get myself a 90 minute massage - $75.00. I go in, the lady was sweet and the massage was fine. I eventually exit and go to tip, I put 4 dollars on the tab, mind you, I know this isn't a large tip it was all I could give as the massage had been a gift. Anyway, they proceed to ask me for a larger top and tell me to put down 10 dollars. I let them know that tipping isn't required so 10 dollars isn't. I let them know it was all I could give and then continued to harass me for more money. Eventually I let up and told them I could do 7 and that's it. They proceeded to harass me telling me I needed to put down ten. Exasperated I let them know that was all I could afford. The woman who gave me the massage proceeded to very rudely tell me never to return to their establishment. To which I replied, that's fine because I don't want to be anywhere where the masseuse hovers and the establishment harasses you for more money. If a tip was required, that should have been disclosed before or as I purchased the service. You couldn't pay me enough money to return. If you go, I'm sure they're lovely people if you tip really well but otherwise, they will absolutely harass you. read more

Went in today for a massage and the massage itself wasn't good at all. To top it off, as I'm leaving, I go to add the tip on the receipt because they said we save the tip for after the massage and come to find out there's a "minimum" tip amount that they had not disclosed. This is the first massage place that has a required minimum tip amount. Not suggested, it's "required". This is the last time I come here and I don't recommend it to anyone else at all. read more
