The boards were great quality-not banged up and old like boards I've rented elsewhere. We had a beautiful day on the water in the inter coastal off Red Reef Park-and when we were done Mike quickly came back to get them. His prices were definitely fair-about the same or less than I've seen at other shops. The free standing surf shop was an old house built in 1896, which was restored 100 years later by the Delray Beach Historical Society in 1996. Very nostalgic and a perfect home for a surf shop. It reminded me of a mini BC Surf and Sport in Fort Lauderdale. The owner was mildly chatty as my wife browsed the artsy hoodies at $160.00 and hard to compete with Amazon but who is? We were able to fins a few bag big suits and that was good. They have a nice array of surf items and appeal to many ages. Near the front entrance, you'll find beach chairs, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Inside, there are also fun accessories, stickers, and decals. Toward the back, there's a decent-sized section dedicated to skateboards. They also sell local photo prints, which felt unique and added a nice touch. We first came in to get my husband some dashing clothes and later got stuff for me. They have unique jewlery especially the one of a kind necklaces and the women's clothes are great too.
