Rudy is not an honest worker, his job is unfinish. I hired him to cut a tree and trim two other…read morepalm trees for me. The next day the two palm trees had palms hanging that he touched but didn't cut them. I called him to notify him about them. He promised to stop by the Monday and never showed up. I contacted him again, he said his son got them sick it will be the next Monday. The next Monday, still no show. I called him again but he didn't not pick up. I did text him, he will reply. The third Monday he didn't show up, I text him again his excuse was they all got covid. but they are coming out the Monday, and i am first on the list. That was around April 20th, to this day he never showed up to cut out the hanging palms. The trees are about 10 feet, the palms got dry and are still hanging down from the tree. I have to wait till that palm is able to fall off the tree. I will never hire him again. In my option if you see his ad.... DONT HIRE HIM!!!

I have had AdvanceScape take care of my lawn maintenance for almost 3 years and have never once been dissatisfied with how it looks. Their attention to detail is the best I've seen - If there is one weed growing in your landscaping they make sure to grab it. We are about to build a pool soon and asked Cory for a quote on capping off the irrigation in the back and removing 2 very large palms. When he came out he walked through numbers and because he has been in the business for awhile, shared the cost I would have by replacing all the sod in the back if I just capped (I'm sitting on almost one acre) compared to the upfront reroute cost. I love that he is always transparent and doesn't pressure you into one thing or the other...We decided to re-route my irrigation instead and so thankful I did as my yard continues to stay green and will only have a small area of sod to replace at the end. Chris (who did the irrigation) made sure to walk me through the process and adjusted midway when I thought it would be cutting it close to pool area (my fault - not theirs), and without hesitation got right to it. I can't wait to have them come back out after the pool is finished to create a landscaping design and complete our backyard oasis. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any landscaping needs. -John

December 2024 - 6 month update…read more We have now had the new ProVista St. Augustine lawn for 6 month so I wanted to provide an update. As a part of the contractors work AdvanceScape to assess and modify the existing sprinkler system. Two additional irrigation zones were installed. As a result I am downgrading my 5 star rating to 2 stars based on the lawn condition presently and the amount of work I am now faced with doing to get it back to an acceptable standard. They did a good job with the landscaping aspect however they fell short on the irrigation part. The modifications made resulted in one rather large area receiving overlapping spray from different zones and has caused fungus at the grass root level. At the same time there are a couple of smaller areas that are not adequately covered and results in stressed grass. I cannot make adjustments to the run times because of the way the zones are laid out. As I have recently learned what should have been done was a better assessment of the spray patterns and the rotor nozzles swapped out to ensure a matched precipitation rate across all sprinklers for specific areas. Instead, all of the rotors were installed with the default 3 GPM nozzles regardless of the spray arch they were set at. While the AdvanceScape team did a great job in the other areas they we contracted to perform I can no longer recommend them to install irrigation systems. They simply did not do their due diligence when designing spray pattern coverage and they do not follow up to see how the work is holding up.

I was quoted a price for 160.00 per month for every 10 days…read more They came & cut the grass then I get an email/text stating my property is to large & it would be 120.00 for the cut he just did,,but quoted 80.00. Then it would be 100.00 per cut after that. So it went from 160.00 per month to 100.00 per week. This is called bate & switch. Anybody can do a satellite image of any property Prior to cutting the yard. Or walk the property prior to cutting the yard.
