In the past two years my account has been allowed to be vulnerable to fraud. My online banking was seized on March 18, 2025 through Go2Bank with the assistance of Gesa Credit Union! My online log email and phone was allowed to be changed to 803-232-802, jace68729@gmail.com There was no call from the fruad dept because the Gesa credit union fraud dept only handles debit card fraud transactions! I went in to the Sullivan branch at 509 N Sullivan location two weeks ago for assistance. I the full report was written up with notes and they gave me the email, phone and Go2Bank fraud attempt information. I was told the fraud department would call me to discuss the report I submitted as well. Two weeks no call and another attempt to withdraw from my account yesterday. The branch put another request for the fraud department to call me! GESA CREDIT UNION ALLOWS FRAUD ON MEMBER ACCOUNT AND THE CALL CENTER EMPLOYES PEOPLE WHO COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH WHO DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU!
