i have been working with Reliable Credit for several years and have paid off each loan ON TIME. When I paid off our last loan with them they stated that if we ever needed to return that we have been very good customers and they would love to work with us again. Last week, Wednesday to be exact, I called in and requested the smallest loan they offered - $1000.00. The lady stated that she would submit the application and let me know, AGAIN - we have been excellent customers - I didn't hear back Thursday or Friday, so i call today and the lady was VERY unhelpful and flat out stated that they do not do personal loans without collateral so I was denied. We have been dealing with these jokes for to long. We went to attempt to pay off our vehicle and they essentially refused our money. We were two hundred short and they refused to work with us. When really all they had to do is remove gap and we would have been perfect. We have been given twenty different stories on how their interest works. Either no one who works there knows or they lie. I'm going with the latter. Considering they will tell you interest is set one day and then the next day they tell you it incurres daily. When asking what type of loan you have they tell you the rate. This is my first time taking out a loan for a car, quick approval, easy payment and no issues since then. I'm currently ahead and payments and don't technically owe anything, so I just keep making small payments to get the loan done that much faster. I am happy I can now pay through their website instead of needing to call in monthly. Great company. They are super honest with a no sugar coat approach. We have used this company both personally and later on as partners. If you pay your bills and take responsibility of your own life you will have the same great experience I have had. They are not your parents, so they will not baby you. THE WORST LEIN HOLDERS I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. I'LL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER. I paid my car off and because my lien was in another state I had to wait not only 10 days for the payment to process but another two weeks for mail that never came. They sent the title through standard mail with no tracking information and the post office lost my title. They said they can't reprint and send me to additional documents for selling my vehicle that were supposedly going to qualify for a new title for the person who purchased my vehicle. After heading to the DMV they stated that it was not enough to have a lien release in a bill of sale that they must have the title which I do not possess due to their irresponsible decision making and how they sent my title. I will never work with this company again as I had no option to pick up my title in person unless I drove 300 or more miles to go to a different state and pick it up. they have offered no compensation and absolutely no help in any way other than to misdirect me. I have never heard of a company making such a poor decision with important documents such as a title. Now I have to pay for a lost title due to their mistake and the person who bought my car almost two months ago has spent money on 4+ temp registrations. Unreliable Credit is what it should be called. I was going to be a 1st time customer and i am glad im not. Attempted to assume a loan for a vehicle for a recently deceased member of the family. I was told that this shitty company works with bad credit and I was happy. There was a dispute as to what the monthly payments were, they said it was higher than it was supposed to be, my income far exceeds the monthly payment. This place is a f***ing joke. Had a loan through them to get a car, which was over $7,000. Paid the whole thing off and got the title to the car. After we paid the car off they sent us letters in the mail, stating if we need some extra money to help with bills that we could get loan through them because of our history with them. Just tried to get a $1,000 loan and they said they are not willing to help us. What kind of bullshit operation is this. We have shown our credit worthiness with them, but they are going to turn their backs on us after they sent these letters saying they could help us with our loan needs. Just got done paying off our loan and glad to be done with this scam operation, charged us a 20% interest rate on a car. We were able to refinance at 2% through chase. Don't get locked into this loan shark company it's a glorified payday loan read more
