The napkin container was full. The trash had been emptied. The store and employee work area was clean. All Christmas merchandise is 50% off. I went inside for my drink. Their screen doesn't work so you can verify. They'll fix your drink and then still charge you for the wrong one. I would recommend mobile ordering so they make the correct drink.

It's not the first time that we've had a problem with the service and the drinks that we've gotten…read morehere. Normally if they make a mistake they are willing to make a whole new coffee or drink. I have encountered some really friendly people that work there today however, it's the second time that I've gotten this barista, and those times she's been rude and has messed up the drink. Today, I placed an order for a pink drink the same drink I always get when I go no ice no berries, or inclusions as they would say. She makes the drink realize as she's handing it out the window and she made it wrong and instead of making a whole new drink she takes the drink and dump the liquid into a new cup. So not only is the drink now water down from the ice that she put into it it still has barry pieces from the inclusions that she put into it that we asked her not to and then filled it up partway with more coconut milk and the strawberry Fresca handed out the window like no problem. Normally I wouldn't be upset, I'd take the drink and be fine but the attitude that came along with her mistake is unacceptable to me. You're in the business of serving people whether that person is nice or not I've worked in retail myself and the customer is always right but in this case, she was wrong and she made the mistake but, she made it seem like it was the customer's fault I would just like to have a coffee when I go in made properly and it's not too much to ask for friendly service because I was not rude or anything of the sort when she started handing out the wrong drink now considering that this Starbucks is the only Starbucks within 40 miles of where I live I will probably go back but if it's this lady in the drive-through again I will probably skip that day

They have two windows so can move through a fair amount of traffic. We only had one car ahead of us on our side. They were maybe a tiny bit slower than I'd expect, but no big deal. The menu has pretty much every beverage you could hope for in the morning -- hot coffee, iced coffee, milk, hot chocolate, smoothies, frappes, etc. Also a couple of snacks/pastries to grab and go as well. I got a regular iced "Rocky Top" which was described as "like Rocky Road ice cream with a kick." I enjoyed it and the price was reasonable at ~$5. Maybe a little heavy on the marshmallow flavor for my personal preferences, but I downed the whole thing! The barista was pleasant enough too. Thanks for a quick and easy pick-me-up!

It's one thing to get our order and then park us in the parking lot but it's a whole other thing to make us wait at the speaker every order just for us to say I have a mobile order. Also maybe you should work on making the coffee correct. But it consistently tastes different every single time. It never tastes the same sometimes it's good sometimes it taste like milk no coffee and sometimes it taste like water no milk or coffee.
