this Quik Stop is the biggest i've seen anywheres,(including the gas pumps). there are 8 gas lanes with at least 8 pumps. diesel is the cheapest in the north bay (3.87) santa rosa (3.99), oaktown (4.09) they also have liquor, snacks, the usual stuff in convenience stores. read more

This gas station is in major need of a long pump and more room for the cars. It was a pain to get gas and maneuver around the gas station. The store however has an excellent gum selection. We tried a limited edition gum. Super glad to see it! read more

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE! JIMMY IS A LIAR if that's what the old again guys name is! I went in and paid for two pies and 2 bang drinks my total was $8.66 and I requested 40 cash back, the cashier then proceeds to tell me that my card was only able to take $6.76 and that I owed him $1.90, I thought that was bizarre because my debit acct had more then $400 in it at the time. He said my request for cash back wasn't accepted due to my card only taking out $6.76 but my phone alerts me when a transaction is processed and goes thru and I didn't have an alert for 6.76 being taken out I had one for $48.66 which is what my original total was supposed to be with the $40 cash back but yet I NEVER got the $40 cash back and had to give him another $1.90 in cash for what I owed towards the 8.66, so they would owe my $41.90 when I spoke with jimmy he said oh no no it will be back into your acct by sat because this happened on Fri and then today when I spoke with the bank it said I was charged the full amount of $48.66 & the company would owe me what they never paid me. So jimmy lied when saying it would be back in my acct by today, so I went to the location and wanted what was owed to me, a woman was working and said there is nothing she can do and I must wait 2 days to speak with someone which is a problem because we were on vacation visiting and I can't wait another 2 days for my $40 that's owed to me when I was already told it'd be in my acct and then it wasn't! He continues to tell the woman there isn't anything they can do until Monday and that were just out of luck and that he would fix it come Monday and I would receive the money in my acct then but how am I supposed to believe that when I was already told that once? I find it amazing that a company is basically holding my own money that'd owed to me because their cashier fucked up but now I'm punished for it and out of $40 which feels like it's been stolen from this location especially by jimmy and th cashier dustin. My phone should of sent me an alert for $6.76 and never once had I gotten on, just for the $48.66. I'd go anywhere else and over pay for gas or snacks anywhere else before I ever decide to chose this place... ridiculous and customer service is HORRIBLE, everyone there seems incompetent and like they have no idea what they are doing. read more
