    Good mawnin y'all!! Got to give the scoop dish diddly on QT. This place is cool for what you need on the instant. It was a large frozen coke for me. Of course that's just what I start with. By the time my drink is complete there are frogs singing the rainbow connection with a bob Marley twist. And the gas is great too. I was feeling froggy and tried some of their roller food. The cheesesteak taquito did not disappoint or give me indigestion. If they had a bar inside it could be called a gastropub. Lol. But go there check it out. When it's busy, pack your patience. But they have enough pumps, caffeine, and overall good stuff to weather your next zombie apocalypse.

    Quick trip has all your convenience store needs in a clean place. Any drink you could want is here, they sell food too.

Like mBost who are in this area working or patronizing it's for health concerns. I place my order and didn't realize the order was not complete. By this time I am back at the hospital. When I return about an hour or so later I provide the receipt and bring up my concern. I was basically out through a series of questions about the time I brought it back. Rather than replace the entire meal they pieced it together and told me what they would do rather than honor the full order. The person who made this decision was a manager. I guess times are hard for Chicken profits, but we don't have to be rude and disrespectful to one another. I could tell that the manager was in her feelings by the way I responded. I may not have looked like your typical Chick-fil-A customer with the fake smile and a pocket full of change but I can sense I was reduced and treated like a typical male that was looking for freebies. Sorry guys, that is not my profile. Try again. What could improve? Train the staff and teach them that the customer is always right. You get better outcomes when you do that and primarily repeat business. I never understood why people in positions to make good decisions fail to meet that standard. Here is a wake up call. "Don't take it personal" deliver your best at all times and things will be better with your good efforts.

    Exterior Clean but the parking lot has some pretty bad…read morepotholes. Interior Clean, but door was propped open and there were two large wasps or hornets that seemed to have appointed themselves to be the door greeters. Food I ordered my meal (2 piece fish, double coleslaw, no hushpuppies, sweet tea) in drive thru. But wait time was so long (car in front of me should have been asked to pull ahead) that I parked and went inside. The coleslaw had way too much dressing. It was so soupy that it looked like a big mound of grits or blue cheese dressing. See photos. I asked for 2 replacement sides and returned the hushpuppies the forgot to omit. The cashier seemed to think that I was complaining that it had too little green cabbage and that it was too white. I explained to him that it looked like there was too much dressing, not enough cabbage. In addition, the fish was extremely thin / tiny. It looked nothing like the fish I had on my recent visits. When I took a bite, instead of being flaky, it was tough and had a very strange, papery consistency. In fact, it didn't look, taste or have the mouth feel of any fish I've ever eaten. I suspect it was freezer burnt. The replacement broccoli was unseasoned and microwaved / mushy to the point of being inedible. Tea was so warm that it immediately melted the ice causing the tea to be watered down. Customer Service The cashier was polite, but seemed new. The manager (who was in the dining room taking his break) was very friendly and apologetic and even acknowledged that too much dressing had been used in the slaw. I interacted with the manager only because he called out to me from across the dining room to inquire about the problem after observing me standing at the counter waiting on the replacement sides. Overall Overall - no exaggeration - this is the worst meal I've ever had at any Captain D's location. I had a few more errands to run and didn't want the food smells trapped in my car, so after less than 5 minutes, I actually went back inside and to dump the food. I wound up trashing more than 95% of my meal. I had 2 bites of fish, and I only ate 2 of the french fries because they were piping hot, but with no salt / seasoning and just not worth the fat / calories. I was highly disappointed with this meal / experience - especially since I'd had two really good experiences with this location recently. This occurred on April 20, 2025 at 7:05pm.

SMH! The cashier seemed efficient except for when the drive thru got a little backed up & it sounded like no one was getting the correct orders. The lobby backed up too & one couple commented 1 person got a breadstick instead of hushpuppies & the other didn't get either. When they asked the cashier who asked the cook, the cook responded he didn't have any hushpuppies ready. Not sure why he didn't say anything or at least be consistent since the 2 meals were on the same check. The last guy who was there that had waited a very long time, got his food & his potato was not cooked so he returned it to the cashier & said could I just get fries, the potato isn't cooked. The cashier told the cook & the cook asked why so the cashier said "cause he said it tastes like sh*t". The customer asked the cashier to not say that especially to the cook because he'd be concerned about whatever he would get in return. The cashier said it was ok, he could say that - the customer didnt feel the same. The portion size was lackluster- I'd call their fish " fish fingers" because they are super skinny strips of fish. The grease is also a huge factor. Like the food leaves a film in your mouth. The soda was not fizzy but acceptable. I ordered Cole slaw & broccoli - both were good for what they were. But, all that aside, the BIGGEST issue during my visit was the # of times the workers used profanity or degraded the customers in the drive thru. Like OMG! I heard "F*ck" no less than 15x, "B*tch" made its appearance as well as probably 20x "Sh*t" was yelled out. The person from the back who appeared to be in charge since he told a guy hanging out at the counter that he had previously hired him got the top prize for "Mother F*cker". It wasn't me that I was worried about, it was the 10yr old girl there with what looked like her grandparents who shook their head when the little girl reacted to the profanity. Truly NOT acceptable in the workplace. I get it, it may be the area, the typical customers or the workplace friend vibe, but that type of behavior is best left to the street not the place of business. Matter of fact when I entered & came to the counter the cashier was taking a drive thru order but he cut them off & came to assist me. He said "I've had enough of them, I don't have time for them they gotta get it together then we can talk". Maybe he was confused thinking I was on his team but if he said that about a faceless customer in the drive thru then I'm sure he say that about the ones dining inside. All-in-all a pretty cr*ppy dinner experience that left me feeling greasy from head to toe. Like the cashier, I probably wouldn't eat here ever again.
