    Cherry lime juice it is...

Just landed in ATL and my best friend picked us up!! We're lucky enough that the sprouts is on the way home since she lives in Douglasville!! I'm that great/annoying friend that has food, allergies, so I wanted to pick up some stuff that I could eat throughout the week here!! Luckily for me, the sprouts was fully stocked just like the ones are in the Bay Area, California!! Everything was very organized and was set up and basically the same way the California sprouts are set up!! Sadly, the prices are still the same out here in Atlanta versus California, but that's because we're in a recession and there's inflation due to this recession. Lol but hey at least we can get our points on the reward system. Lol I will definitely come here again next time I'm in Atlanta!!

I had a great experience shopping here today. I didn't have to fight for a parking space. And I was able to go in a lane shop without an issue. Well except for the one time someone thought their cart was mine lol (non-issue, we laughed about it and carried on). The produce was fresh and everything I've eaten from today's purchase was great. The sweet potatoes were spectacular and a nice size. And the seafood looked fresh. Oh and the pineapple was delicious. The store was clean and peaceful which it a great shopping experience. And there was hardly anyone in line when I went to check out. The cashier was engaged in a conversation with the other workers but still took time to acknowledge me. I do wish that Sprouts didn't use so many plastic bags considering it is seen as more holistic and healthier store.

9/21 Update Post vaccination, I've shopped (inside) this Sprouts several times. Like most grocers, they have had high turnovers and their service level dropped BIG time. Staff are unfriendly and at times openly hostile! Stressful shopping here. Sad and unfortunate, I am benching Smyrna Sprouts for now.

Ground lamb with a pack date of nearly a year ago! The manager said that frozen goods are good for a year.

Pissed is an understatement!! I was in Sprouts yesterday. I opted to purchase a pack of ground lamb. Once home and thawing the meat-- the pack date stuck out as 21-JUN-17. I wiped my eyes to ensure I was seeing the correct date, and my eyes were not deceiving me. I called the meat department in an effort to let them know they sold me expired meat. The young gentleman was not helpful and simply stated he has only been working for 3 days and really did not know the answer to any of my questions or concerns. The following day I had to inconvenience myself to return the item. When I walked into the store I went to the freezer department and to my surprise they had several other packs with the same pack date. I asked to speak with the manager of the store. His name was Sais?! I explained my situation to him, his response ?? " yeah we don't really move a lot of that. However several of our products are good for over a year, especially frozen items!! Sir-- this is meat!!! "Yeah I know, it's fine, but I will refund you!!! " No- I apologize for your inconvenience or how can we make this right! I pray that no one purchases and consumes this product. I am honestly concerned about the health of other patrons and will be reaching out to corporate and possible news outlets. This practice is just NOT ok!

I came here for 2 cases of the sprouts brand spring water. They are hard to find at times but the store had a great rep, Riccardo (sorry if I spelled his name wrong) who really went above and beyond to help us out. He was amazing! The check outlines were social distanced the best they could be and the lady st the check out even made sure mt daughter got a sticker set (picture for reference ). I wish more places could take this brand of customer service and apply it else where in our time of dealing with this c19 mess. Kudos to this location and their belief to not fail the customer . #sprouts #customerservice #cobb

Their shelves are like half empty! This is a common theme.

I expected more from Sprouts. I have been to Sprouts locations all over the country and this one was the most disappointing, by far. The produce section was sub-par. What's up with the avocados? They were tiny, like the size of limes. Strange. This particular store was messy and the staff were neither friendly nor helpful. It felt like they didn't want to interact with customers at all. They kept getting in the way and not excusing themselves. I walked around, but eventually left empty handed. It is no fault of the store, but traffic in the area is awful too.

I have seen people lined up to see him, some social workers and therapists. The other day he was out to lunch when I arrived. I asked if I could just sit and wait for him to return while I just observed, listened and learned. They said I was welcome and offered to seat me at his stool. They asked if I was thirsty and brought me some water. Apparently Duane got his lunch takeout and was eating it in the back. They told him that someone was waiting for him and he came out to see me even before he finished his lunch. It was like seeing a longtime friend and we had the best conversation. Finally I told him to go back and finish his lunch.

Through her Iridology work she told me I had gray mold in my upper transverse colon, an issue with absorbing calcium, D3 and a whole lot of other nutrients. She said I probably had high cholesterol but not naturally, but because I my gallbladder and liver was not functioning properly. After her analysis I told her what had been going on which lined up with what my challenges were. Low vitamin d, high cholesterol and inability to lose weight because I was not absorbing foods properly. The mold was a whole other issues. She spend 2 hours with me, gave me supplements to address my problem and put me on a special diet to get rid of the mold. Within 2 weeks I was feeling myself again. No pains in the chest anymore and then after 3 months, my cholesterol had dropped 40 points from what I was taking. No drugs. I also lost weight and am feeling great. First, let me preface by stating that I had been a consistent weekly customer that made significant purchases. When entering the store, you may or may not be greeted, which was customary a year ago. The male customer services person with a stocky build is extremely unprofessional. I encountered a rude interaction with one of the cashiers who was dismissive. arrogant, and rude when I was attempting to have a cordial conversation. This never would have happened last year with the previous customer services manager. I went to the current male customer services manager to express my concern about Renee's rude attitude. This manager's first comment to me was "What's up?!" I looked at him in disbelief and immediately responded, "That's completely inappropriate. I am a customer. This is a business interaction, not a social interaction." He then apologized. I explained to him about Renee's dismissive and rude demeanor and wanted to write a complaint. I asked for a complaint card. He handed me two postcards to write my complaint on the back. That was completely unprofessional. After I wrote my complaint and submitted it with my contact information, nothing was done. There was no follow up nor apology. I returned to the store on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, after two weeks and saw that the situation has worsened. The young cashiers were dancing and talking loudly as if in a club setting. The customer services manager joined in the melee. He was a very active participant. Horrific! I own several businesses and had wanted to support Sevananda since it's a community co op. However, I am no longer interested in supporting this business given the lack of professional decorum, arrogance, lack of business etiquette and lack of respect for loyal customers. In talking to my friends, many no longer frequent this store for the very same reasons. In closing, I I submitted my complaint to the Sevananda email and to the contact [age on their website over a week ago with my contact information. Per usual, no one contacted me via phone nor email. The professional decorum, etiquette, and common courtesy and respect are now things of the past with this current customer services manager and the cashiers. If you desire to visit, good luck!
