This one is in a nice area of town, easy to get to and out of. Store is clean, even the bathrooms weren't to bad considering it was around lunch time. It was busy, there was only a few gas pumps open at the time, with a few vehicles circling the lot. Staff was ok, busy and a bit stand offish. Tho they do get you in and out quickly. Almost robotic. Funny addition, they have a floor cleaning bot that roams around. it talks and welcomes you to the store than says it's clean the floors. It was humorous to see. read more

Workers were so kind and patient with (who i am assuming is a manager) bald older white man. Treating costumers with the worst costumer service i may have ever seen, being unbelievably awful to and embarrassing the employees in front of so many guest. Younger lady with curly hair and glasses was AMAZING and (personally think) he should be demoted or fired and she should have his position once she's well trained by someone with patience and kindness. I witnessed an environment with no safety, peace, communication, kindness, or self control. A humiliation and dictatorship. He rolled his eyes at every costumer and didn't greet them with more than a finger point at where to check out. When i asked how his night was i was met with "TRYING to be good" while giving a very young and new employee a dirty look because she wanted to know how to help clean up. This should be UNACCEPTABLE in ANY work environment and that man should be NO ONES boss, if he is. I send this with pure worry for the mental health of everyone i know has to be under his watch while on the clock. Thank you. read more

Should be a sign out front that says, "Last chance for reasonably priced gas before Granbury." Gas prices in Tarrant definitely seem better than prices in Hood. Even though I have to cross 377 twice to buy gas here (when I'm southbound, once to get in, once to get out), I'd still rather buy gas here than the other big place on the west side of 377. I just like QuikTrip. And as I've said before, it's not a bad place for a hot beverage or a cold one. read more

QuikTrip has some of the best tasting coffees and so many different creamers/flavors. The price always makes me enjoy my coffee bigger and better than usual. I cannot believe how Great there Parmesan Pretzels are here. This is a gas station, food is not supposed to taste this good. And for a buck 99 that's not bad. I'm leaving the country soon for the Philippines, I sure will miss this quick trip. It's funny to say that. you'll miss a gas station. Maybe I can have them FedEx me some pretzels to the Philippines. Excellent as all the other QTs are. The cashier juggled well all the people quickly & kindly.

Out of cheese sticks 3 flavors, out of tea it's broke for a few days, out of multiply cups no lids for foam cups out of mint. Oreo flavoring for mint shake they r advertising for as well the positive if they have clean restrooms. And they shorted me money had to point it out ... The only thing about this Benbrook location is the distance from I-20 and the never-ending construction. As always this QT has a friendly and cheerful staff, everything including the restrooms are spotless and everything is done just right. Clean, safe, quick and great food/beverage selection. Worst customer service ever. Employees would rather stand around talking to each other than help customers check out. Food and products are expired past their due date. Their sweet tea is never sweet. Wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy. Management seems to be alright with all of this. read more

Very proud of our QT in Benbrook. It's always been my go to station.....but I'm getting disappointed when fueling up. The pumps/concrete are getting more like the Race Trac across the way.
