Needed a snack on the way back to Florida and Culver's called my name. I can never decide if I want the butter burger or the fish sandwich, but lo and behold there was a big sign that said WALLEYE IS BACK! For those of you who don't know they usually only have walleye during lent and when it's gone, it's gone. Big upgrade from cod so the choice was made. No cheese please. It came out screaming hot , plump, juicy and not greasy. But of course, it had cheese as did my partner's sandwich who also ask for no cheese. We chowed down anyway and it was still delicious. Do order a slice of lemon to season the fish with, it does need a touch of acid. Sometimes I think there is a conspiracy toward me and fast food places regarding cheese. I love cheese. I just don't like it with chicken and fish! These folks behind the counter weren't very friendly. The young lady who took our order heard walleye sandwich and stopped listening. Culver's is a Friday night staple in my house, because no one wants to cook on Friday lol On my recent visit I was greeted with amazing customer service by a young gentleman. I was in the mood for a burger, fries and the infamous cheese sauce. I opted for the single bacon deluxe sandwich. Even after the ride home, the food remained fresh and hot in the sealed bag. One thing you can count on with Culver's is a short wait, so they have time to make your food fresh and bring it out directly to your vehicle. I really appreciate this and will wait anytime for this deliciousness! The service and food is always a 10/10! read more

Third awful meal in a row. Went in before lunch, but even then the place was filthy, especially the drink station, the bathrooms, and the rug in the entryway was disgusting. This store was a madhouse. There were 20+ employees behind the counter, in the kitchen, and scattered throughout the restaurant being obnoxiously loud and unprofessional. Huge shoutout to Queen for making my experience perfect! The Pooler Culver's is always consistent - the food is good and service is okay, they typically seem understaffed. Today, there was a little hiccup when I placed my order. I asked for the beef pot roast dinner plate with fries and onion rings. The cashier rang me up for the pot roast sandwich, no gravy and fries. I didn't realize this right away since the receipt comes with your meal. I was a bit surprised when the runner brought my meal. This is where Queen made my experience perfect! She apologized for the mess up. Took my correct order and reappeared with exactly what I originally ordered! The fries and onion ring were hot - super bonus. The pot roast was smothered in gravy, exactly how I like it! Queen's amazing customer service make what could have been an okay experience into 5 stars! read more

Avoid this place at all cost. Service here looks more like the current economy. All orders through the drive thru are filled while people inside wait. I have waited inside for over 30 minutes for two kids meals 10 People in the lobby have all waited the same amount of time. Orders from the drive thru are constantly coming back in wrong. read more

I LOVE this place. First time at this location and I give it five stars. The workers were super nice and I the food was yummy. Ordered two chicken tenders with fries and a small concrete mixer with chocolate custard and Oreo and Reese's peanut butter cup pieces. The chicken fries were delicious as already!! Zero complaints. The mixer tho......I did get what I ordered but there were pieces of something else in it and I wish I knew what they were cause they made it taste SO MUCH BETTER!! If I had to guess I think they may have been graham cracker pieces but idk. Definitely need to look at the menu and find out what they were cause I NEED to have that again!!!! Ms. Rosa saved the experience we had. We wanted to stop before a movie. We had over an hour and when we entered there was no line. 45 minutes later we were still waiting and there were no containers for ketchup. We attempted to engage someone at the counter. She did not know where the containers were, after yelling at getting ignored by Dominic, she was trying to ask one of the line cooks who could not be bothered either. Ms. Rosa just handed us ketchup packets to solve the problem. A few minutes later when I walked up to inquire about our order, Miss Rosa was the only one to recognize that was a lengthy time to wait at a fast food location when there was no-one in front of us. read more

A very solid Culver's... Stopped in on a busy Saturday night just for their custard and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were serviced, as well as how quickly we received our desserts. Horrible. I placed an online order through their website at 7:15pm and it said the order would be done at 7:21pm. Right now, I have been waiting in the pick up line this entire time and it is 7:52pm. I have only seen two cars in the drive through actually get food since I have been waiting here. I love Culver's' but I do find the service at this location can be hit or miss. The food is always consistent and good. The location is usually pretty clean and nice seating outside for a pleasant day. We eat here frequently and are usually very happy with the food and the service. read more

Unfortunately, this location is not like those in the Midwest! Recently visited this location, it was a 15 min wait just to order, then another 15-20 mins for our to-go order. Make sure you check your order before you leave, we had two things that were made incorrectly and had to go back in and wait again for our order re-do. Once we got the re-do, the hamburger was burnt black, it was inedible. Hope the management reviews and make changes, as this was not a normal Midwest Culver's experience! read more

This was my first time ever in a Culver's and I truly enjoyed my experience. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. I loved all the different menu items but I decided to go with a spicy chicken crispy sandwich and I decided to do the value basket which gives you an entrée, side and a drink! I got fries as my side. I was so amazed by all the ice cream options and I will definitely be back for ice cream! This location was clean and it had many different tables and booths. Went there to a bite to eat before hitting the local pet food store. Ordered at 1:42 pm (their receipt was off by an hour and said 12:42). Double cheeseburger with ketchup only, Sourdough melt, large fries and two small cokes. We had to then park off to one side after paying with the other 15 waiting cars. Tick...tick...tick... All the orders were incredibly delayed. One of the crew came out of the store and told the waiting cars to move further out so the could take more orders and park those cars! Now 25 cars 35 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING they brought out our order. We foolishly did not check the order. Got to the parking lot of the pet store a few blocks away and found that my burger had everything EXCEPT ketchup. Absolutely loaded with everything else. And it was cold. I mean REALLY COLD. I don't mean it had cooled off from sitting. I mean it was inside a refrigerator at just above freezing cold! About 40 degrees. The bun was stiff and the cheese was hard. It looked like the burger had been made for another order hours earlier, thrown in the refrigerator and then yanked out and tossed in my bag to get us out of there. Just horrible. Just went into Culver's in Pooler and walked out. Their service has been getting progressively worse over the last 6+ months. Today we walked in and were the only 2 people at the counter. There were 8-10 people behind the counter all doing busy work. Each of them glanced at us and kept doing their "tasks" without acknowledging our presence. After standing there for several long minutes and knowing that last time we were there it took 40 minutes to get our food, we left. We are from the Midwest and know what Culver's is supposed to be. This place isn't it. I truly wish corporate would pay this place a visit and do some motivating of someone to improve this location. It is pathetic. read more

Fast food prices for eat in quality food. Great deals - they took 3 coupons as 3 of us were ordering. The double deluxe burgers were really great. Actually looked like the picture- I know right. Coleslaw was creamy & tasty w/ a lil bite. Veggie patty was ok but the girls liked the old one better. Cheese curds were fine. Loved the Diet Root-beer!! Snickers custard was amazing. Never been to a Culver's. Didn't know anything about them as there are none in the state in which I live. I am now a huge fan! Fish was crispy. Onion rings were crispy. Had some of my sons crinkle cut fries which were really good. When I went to get a refill of soda I saw someone eating chili so I now know what I will be ordering next time! Prices were not bad. I have never been through the drive through here so I can only offer my experience from inside the restaurant. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They always bring food to the tables in a fast and timely manner. The restaurant is always super clean. Oh and if you're a weirdo like me, try that veggie burger combo with some bacon on top; it's awesome!!! read more

The food is always good at any Culver's I go to. The building was a bit packed, which I didn't like. I'm used to 6 people being inside the one in McDonough ga but here it was packed, inside & drive thru. The only thing I didn't like was the Dr.Pepper, it didn't have the kick it needed. read more

I would describe Culver's as a pretty decent burger restaurant with a few extras. Featuring "ButterBurger" brand beef (never frozen) the menu also includes various chicken, pork tenderloin, and fish sandwiches. My bacon deluxe meal was delicious. The hot and buttered bun was unexpected and appreciated. Service was excellent. The "extra" element consists of the available side items (Wisconsin cheese curds and soup to name a few) and frozen custard. My overall experience during this first visit was great. I look forward to visiting Culver's in the future. read more

Cold food, horrid service, and just general, "I could care less about the customer's order". I love their food but after my husband's experience today I will think twice about going to this restaurant for a drive thru order. The guy running the food out walked by my husband's car no less than three times. After waiting and watching people get their orders my husband went inside to find out what happened. The order was placed on the counter because the runner said he could not find my husband's car. He was literally parked in front of the employee's door. Food was cold when he got home. We live two miles away.... The last time we did this we waited longer than normal. What's going on?? 20 minutes is not too long to wait. 45 minutes is. A few days ago I visited Culver's for the first time ever. I was curious about the food and decided to give it a try. Despite it being the Saturday lunch hour rush, the staff was relatively friendly, especially the cashier, the restroom and dining room were clean, and my food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! The brownie batter custard was the flavor of the day and it was pretty good, but I expected more brownie pieces than what I received. Meh. Go for the ice cream and skip the food. The cod fish sandwich was very small in a thick bun (remember those "where's the beef?" commercials?) and it was extremely bland. Onion rings were decent but I would have appreciated being told there was a $1 upcharge for onion rings. Bacon cheeseburger wasn't any better than other fast food joints. Restaurant had a very clean dining area. The cashier greeted me as I approached the counter and was polite. Took about 5 minutes for my meal to arrive to the table. We knew Culver's from previous visits (years ago, different state). We came to treat our children and indulge us of course. Food was delicious, service was good, front line service at the register needs improvement. Also no receipt unless requested.
