This is one of the busiest gas stations in Canton on Riverstone Parkway. There is not a slow time…read moreever at this gas station since they put in Amazon locker systems. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They get you in and assist you fast, it's nice to have great customer service. Even during the gas shortage they were on top of making sure customers were always assisted. Normally crowed first thing in the morning you're still able to pull in fill up and even shop quickly. Reminds me of a WAWA up North. Thank you Racetrack team members for always being efficient, friendly, and fast. Always a pleasure filling up at your station.

I ask for some J.O.B papers, and one of the men starts loudly exclaiming something to his coworkers in what I assume was Hindi, while gesturing at me and pointing at me with his right arm. I ask him what's wrong, and he starts saying more things to his coworkers. One of the other men asks what size paper, I say 1.5, then the angry man sighs and gets a pack. He asks for my ID, and I hand it to him. He makes sure to take his time looking over the ID, fair enough, then asks me to confirm my date of birth, then asks to confirm my name, then takes some more time looking at it. Finally after almost a full minute of staring at the ID, he hands it back and I check out. Just a bunch of angry dudes who shout Hindi at you and don't appreciate your business. There's about 500 other gas stations on Riverstone, you're better off with any of those.

I pumped and I went on my merry way. Nothing to it. The place was super clean...not sure if they just went through a remodeling or not but no greasy oil spots by the pumps so that when you get out of your car you step all over it...the trash cans looked new too...nice clean place...no complaints here...

The clerks at this place are the RUDEST people I have ever seen. They don't acknowledge you when you come in, they fight amongst themselves, they are not only rude to each other but to the customers coming in. Unless you're a cop and then they kiss your ass. I see that all the time. I keep telling myself to never go in again, but then something comes up and I go in. Whoever manages this store needs to take note of their employees and find new ones. There are two new gas stations around this one, with the friendliest attendants. Hopefully people will go there and give them their business.

The nurse was great with her, but forwarded the prescription to Canton instead of Dacula where we live. The day was gone since we had to leave at 9:am from Dacula to make appt., and then by the time the prescription was called into the correct pharmacy it was 4:pm. Our whole day was gone. Wish they would staff properly like they used to.

I'd return the next day, and it still wouldn't be ready. On one visit, I waited at the window for 25 minutes because that's what I was told it would take. The entire time, the customer service was poor. What shocked me most was being yelled at by the pharmacist, and then having the supervisor come over and raise their voice at me too. I've never been treated like that before. To make matters worse, I was threatened for "holding up the line," when in reality, I was only there because they hadn't done their job the first three times. If they had filled the prescription when they said they would, there wouldn't have been a line to hold up. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope they take steps to improve how they treat customers and manage prescriptions.

Arriving, I was told that the prescription could not be filled until next week due to the insurance interval. So, why call and say it is ready???? For a year or more, when picking up the prescription, they don't have the full amount; it sometimes takes several trips to get the entire 90 day amount. On 2 occasions, it took 4 trips, including the false alarms saying it was ready for pickup, but the pills had not been delivered to the store. The excuse is that this is brand specific and they don't keep a full 90 day supply !! I checked at Publix and the pharmacist showed me 6 bottles of 90 on the shelf. Done with Wallgreens
