Stopped here on Sept 24th on my way to the Charlotte Airport of course to fill up the rental car before returning it. The prices for gas were not higher like most airports I've flown out of , but very reasonable and pretty much the going rate. The store has so much stuff to choose from I was amazed. Slushies for days in different flavors , ice coffee , sodas , hot food , candy , pastries , you name it. As busy as it is , I went to the bathroom and it was actually pretty clean. I stopped by QuikTrip at 3025 Wilkinson Blvd around 3:41 PM, and I just wanted to shout out the girl at the counter--she was super patient with me. I had trouble unlocking my card and took a little longer than usual, but she didn't rush me or act annoyed. That kind of customer service goes a long way. I stopped here for gas on the way to CLT airport. It's on the left, so keep that in mind, but prices weren't all jacked up as some "airport" gas stations tend to do. I don't think there's much else around for gas, so it was pretty busy. I actually had to wait for a pump. The light to get in and out is also looooong. But beggars can't be choosers. read more

Best price for diesel that I have found but I agree with other reviewers that the neighborhood is one where you should stay aware of your surroundings. There always seems to be something weird happening when I come here. The first time I came to this gas station, a man in an 18-wheeler started a fight with me in the parking lot because he thought I cut the line for the gas pump (I was there first and I was turning my car around so my tank would be on the same side as the pump) and the last time I was there some men in a pickup approached the guy at the pump next to me trying to sell him some gold jewelry. read more

Clean and Neat with good pricing on gas and snacks This one is on one of the roads to Charlotte Douglas Int'l Airport and a good spot to top off the gas in that rental car to avoid paying ridicules gas prices when you turn it in. For the general public, it's still a good stop. Gas prices are among the lowest in the area, store is well stocked and parking lot is well lit at night. Stopped for gas and a hot dog while I was out taking pictures of the Wilkinson Blvd Corridor and it was excellent. Dogs were not overcooked and nice and plumb and not dried out. Nice selection of condiments to go with it. Not my normal QT since I live in the North End of the County but do make an occasional trip into this area so will keep it in mind for another visit. read more

QuikTrip is doing a great job at raising the quality of gas station convenience stores. This one is bright, clean, well stocked, well priced and has a very nice and wide covered pump area. Great selection of drinks and snacks plus a large made-to-order sandwich area. Gas prices are very competitive. One point off for the receipt printer at the pump not working. read more

I give this store a 1 start rating. In all my visitations to charlotte, NC whenever I come to this QT I always find it in the worst situations. Bathrooms are dirty, floors are sticky. I can't even get a fountain drink from QT. Because all of the fountain drinks machine are broke and to makes things worst we found expired beverages in the refrigerator. QT should really look into all of North Carolina stores and make sure everything is in order read more

Deduct a star due to entering and exiting with the traffic light or without. I did not realize yelp wanted this to be longer in order to qualify as a review so the best I can say ... the clerks are fast and efficient. THE ICEE machines are always working. And to enter and exit at the light is dangerous. Oh. They keep it clean like all other QT's so that's good. read more

Do not stop at this location at night. Beware of the overly aggressive security who snatched items out of your hand before you can even turn for the counter. Unexperienced security team on late night staff you might be assaulted at this location racially profiled and denied services for no reason at all. NC laws says you must present your ID to purchase alcohol from anywhere. So if you don't allow a person to visit the purchase counter first to present it then your throwing away alcohol sales altogether. Staff needs a lot more training and better 3rd party security on duty not ones who chase your paying customers away each night. read more

This is well lit, but this would probably be considered an unsavory neighborhood with the Paper Doll strip club a block or two away. I visited at night and maintained aware of my surroundings. I'm always in here due to working across the way. Since it's cold outside currently, I always grab a hot beverage while my bus is warming up. The staff is friendly, store is always clean and inviting. The only problem I have is trying to get out of the bus parking lot in the afternoon because the customers from Quik Trip block the road sometimes. I think when they designed it for building, they should've thought of a better exit for their customers. Since the customers jump in front of the buses and almost cause an accident, we have now resulted to having to sometimes block it so that no one can jump in front of the bus. Other than that...
