The pump worked great, but did take a little getting use to since it was a high tech touch screen... never seen one before. It had current weather on it with audio, was pretty cool. I did not need anything inside so I cannot comment on merchandise, or customer service. When I finished up at the pump I needed a receipt and there was no issue with it printing out and I was on my way. Shell has continued the tradition of being a solid fuel stop for me.
