When I walked in, there were two employees behind the counter preparing what appeared to be online orders. I stood there waiting for several minutes, and neither employee acknowledged me no greeting, no eye contact, not even a quick "we'll be right with you." I completely understand that online orders need to be fulfilled, but customers who walk into the store should not feel invisible. It takes just a few seconds to acknowledge someone and set expectations. After standing there with no acknowledgment at all, I chose to leave. It was frustrating and honestly disappointing. This experience made it clear that customer service is not being prioritized at this location. I hope management addresses this, because it's a simple fix that makes a big difference.
