Bathrooms extremely clean, workers are very welcoming and nice despite it being 3am. Gas is gas priced.

These folks could have taken me to the cleaners…read more... I recently had my vehicle in for minor repairs at home in Virginia. We traveled for the holidays to visit family in Lugoff. I did not have an opportunity to do a shakedown between repairs and the trip. Around Fayetteville a chirping noise started coming from the engine compartment. Driving fine, gauges all look good. Over time the chirp turns into what sounds like bearing noise. Start thinking water pump. Traveling with my wife , a new rescue dog and all the rest (gifts etc). I decide I'm getting as close to family as possible before it quits. Truck continues to do fine despite this squeal. We make it to Lugoff late Christmas Eve. Truck running fine but that water pump has to be junk by now. Today talked with a very pleasant person at Randy's who said we could drop it off anytime. Truck is at Randy's a little before noon. Less than 90 minutes later I get a text the truck is ready and the bill is $40. Seems the tech that did the work at home did not route the new serpentine belt correctly. I called right away and spoke again with the same person. I was told the issue was as messaged and the bill was $40. I asked who did the work and if I could leave a tip for them. I was told Mr. Randy did the work himself. I insisted I be charged $100 and happily shared my billing details. They could have very easily told me I needed a new water pump as I suspected but instead did the right thing. A new and grateful customer. Thanks again.

My family has used Randy's Tire and Lube for a multitude of car issues for over 19 years. Randy and…read morehis staff have always been kind, caring, and fast with repairs. However, my last oil change turned in to a nightmare. Within 4 hours of getting maintenance service including an oil change and fluid top-off, my car started making some strange noises, and hazard codes started lighting on the dashboard (engine and a turtle- I thought the turtle was cute but turns out that turtle is the mean, snapping kind. You do NOT want to see that on your dash! ) I called, recapped the story, and they immediately came with a wrecker to tow and inspect my car. Much appreciated. However, during the course of all this, I spoke to 3-4 different receptionists, having to retell the incident over and over. Anytime I asked to speak directly to Randy, "he is too busy to talk. If he comes in the office, I will tell him you want to speak with him. But he is always in the back working, so that isn't likely." I'm sorry. WHAT?? I wasn't argumentative, I am familiar with this business as my father was a mechanic, I know coincidence isn't always causation. So I continue to be baffled at the lack of any communication on his (or the mechanic that worked on my car) part. They requested taking it to Specialty Auto for further diagnostics. They sent a video to Specialty of the horrible sound it was making before the engine completely stopped running...and one of the receptionists explained to me the car was already making that awful noise BEFORE the oil change. Why lie? No it wasn't. Furthermore, if the car was making a concerning sound they noticed while doing routine maintenance, why didn't anyone say to me, "hey, your car sounds awful. We should do further diagnostics." They have done that in the past and we have graciously accepted the offer and moved forward when and if they found anything wrong. Lying and completely refusing to speak to a customer when the engine of their car isn't working anymore after JUST getting an oil change is NOT the type of repair service I like. Turns out, it was a drive belt. Nothing to do with the engine nor the oil change. Something they surely could have helped with. But they didn't. Don't know why. A company that avoids problems by ignoring customers and allows staff to lie about the service is not the company for me. Sadly, we won't be back to Randy's Tire and Lube.

Andrew at Mavis has time and time again taking good solid care of me. Make sure I've gotten fair pricing and fast efficient service. The tire prices were comparable to other local retailers and their warranty that allows for a decrease in replacement cost by wear and tear has saved me more than once. Some of their larger more aggressive engine work can be a little pricey, but for tires and brakes you can't beat Andrew and his crew. Five star recommend.

The professionals who worked here were always knowledgeable on what I needed and always assisted with helping me get the best tires without breaking the wallet. If you've bought tires here, they offer free tire rotations and air fills. My recent Tesla tire rotation was serviced by the manager Kersin. She was really professionally & made sure I was in and out. The mechanic who worked on my Tesla was Terry. From what I've seen, he definitely worked the fastest and more efficiently of the few techs I've seen in the bay that day. He did my tire checks and rotations in around fifteen minutes and I was back on the road. Looking for quality, fair priced, and professional tire services? Highly recommend Mavis on Two Notch.
