The crust was loose and dry as if it was missing butter to bind it. The key lime was like a thick gelatin and not custardy. At the end of the day, being from California, I think it's a regional thing. Like I said the place was packed and the reviews are decent. So maybe I'm just used to a different style of cooking. But there is definitely a huge opportunity for training around customer service, and it explains why when I pulled into the parking lot Taco Bell was full and there were hardly any cars at Burger King.
