Kudos to the employees here for keeping this store in tip top shape. No lone Styrofoam cup on the side of the building or discarded cigarette butts anywhere. I picked up my items went to counter asked for a carton of cigarettes was brought a pack. I suppose she was sidetracked by her phone. Gave her $100.00 bill then after she dropped in safe was asked if I had Anything smaller. I could come back tomorrow for my change. Extremely rude. Customers are lined up at this point. I was gave $78.15 change asked for a receipt and was told it wouldn't print. The display after using my rewards number was $19.26. Just think of she gets a few dollars from 25 customers a day then she pocketed some cash. I stay and watched the 3 customers after me received their receipts. Don't shop here in the eve unless you want BS service Ripped off (even if a couple dollars) And treated like you was the problem.

To no avail, it didn't work out. I'll reach out to Harris Teeters later, yet wanted to thank Mr. Barry for his effort before heading back to the DMV. The location is extremely tidy both inside & out with the normalcy of gas stations items & Hand Sanitizer machines affixed to each pump. Conveniently located right off of the I-20/Thornton Road exit. After wiating. a full round to see if it did I went in to ask for a refund as the machine os broken and they said it's not their problem and to call the number on the machine - well it's scratched out. It is on your property. You presumably lease it. You should be making sure your customers can get a refund. With so many of these being free at competitors, do better (or at least offer me a free drink or overpriced candy bar as an apology) It is also very difficult to get out of this location no matter which option you try. So just skip it and go a bit further down the street or even to its competitor next door.

This location is a solid gas station with a clean convenience store and good working pumps...have no complaints!

Okay she gave me a look like "Why You Frowning Heifer?" and I gave her a "Cause it f'ing stinks up in here!" look right back. :) The store is like a shack that has been put together in pieces by whomever owns the place. Think Legos that don't all fit together and you try to connect a new part of a Lego Building with Toothpicks....That does not make for a smooth walking transition. The store was okay in side as far as prodicts go. It was not messy but I didn't feel as if it was really clean. That could be in part because it's darker than a mug in there. But it's a very old building and lighting must not have been a big deal 20 years ago. I walked all around it as I could feel eyes coming from all directions as I toured the place with a frown still plastered on my face. Sorry but I could not get past the smell. Even the pumps are a bit old. Not the kind that you push the lever up but it has the one that you slide a piece/block up and down to start and stop your pump. This was not a problem, but that's just FYI and should give you an indication of how old the store is. The staff was nice (Well maybe not the mean mugging Boiled Peanut watching woman. But I propbably started that one. LOLz) the gas didn't bother my vehicle and the price was just right.

The BP does look very shabby, the lighting inside is very dull and it is cramped inside but they do have a lot of items in there. As far as gas stations go, it is ok, it has gas and that is really all you need!

Thursdays seems to be an issue, as a number of Thursdays they will be out of gas or they will conveniently only have premium gas available. I have no idea what the issue is and why they are out of gas so often, as I have never had this issue with other gas stations. This particular Shell Station has closed and reopened under new management several times in the last decade and never has done well. I would have liked to give more than one star but considering gas is a vital component of a gas station, the lack of gas precludes a higher score.
