I can't say that this is the worst truck stop in the country. Top 100 for sure, though. Forget the bad layout and poor parking design. The overall sensation is bad, even for Racetrac. Not only were the prices high but the employees were extremely rude. I would like to say the the security guards were offensive, but that would be an understatement. They very obviously do not care for white people. I'm not returning unless I have no other choice. I suggest you do the same. read more

They had food expired on the warmer. Asked for some new ones, but they said there's no more and asked if I to pay for the expired food anyways. It was about 1 hour passed the expiration. read more

The food here is very high in calories & sodium. Definitely not something you want to consume if you have high blood pressure issues. Tasty but deadly I can't comment on service because I always use self check out but it's definitely not QT when it comes to speed of checking out. read more

This RaceTrac sits amongst all the car dealerships along Thornton Road and is a Travel Center variety of RaceTrac. This designation brings a larger store, inside and out, that includes designated trucker parking/fueling stations along with all the standard RaceTrac perks you are used to like the Froyo bar, updated coffee station and RaceTrac Kitchen. The extra space is nice and well done. This location is busier than your average RaceTrac due to the heavy truck traffic along Thornton Road, so be prepared! I popped in to grab a coffee and fill up the tank on the way back home one evening and was happy with my choice to swing in. While the fill up/gas area had debris around and could use some help, the rest of the store was nicely kept and clean. Service was solid as well. The cashier was busy managing multiple lines, but still took time to ask if I found everything alright and to welcome me back. The coffee was solid, as it is most times I come to RT. I did want creamer and the station was out at the time, but I never said no to a black iced coffee before, so I made it work. Overall, solid RaceTrac location that I would certainly visit again. read more

This travel center was very busy but had a lot to offer and the bathrooms were decent. They had a huge convenience store with lots of food items. Gas was about the same as everything surrounding. read more

This is the worst Race Trac I've ever been to, it's one of the busiest, match that with workers who just move at a snail pass, is why this gets 1 star, I wish I could give a negative. They have self serve, but beware of using, because if you have a problem, it will literally take someone 15 min to first realize there is a problem, there were 3 people working in that area, 2 were looking at there phones and running registers, one was picking her nails, can you believe that? Everyone working in here, on a daily basis, is lazy as crap. Yelling curse words, yelling songs, literally doing everything but customer service. Honestly a horrible place to visit. read more

At TruckerPath app says "truck parking" , but all spots have 4 hours only limit and of course it is huge minus. Also place is really dirty as shown on pictures. Trucker, be aware of wooden chips, metal pieces and etc. Pluses are good choice of food and real coffee. And this place located in 3 minutes to Walmart supercenter. read more

This place is so unreliable half the time. I work around the corner and have just watched it go down hill. This is a pretty crucial spot for most delivery drivers in the area and it's directly off of the interstate so it's the first stop for most out-of-towners. It's what you might call "prime real estate" so then tell me why their lobby is literally just closed some mornings with a paper apology sign. Tell me why the bathrooms are a hot mess most of the time: the sinks are shooting water out so violently that my shirt is getting soaked, none of the stalls are clean or have toilet paper/seat covers, And now on top of everything, they've indefinitely locked the side door. No sign or anything. Just making person after person look dumb rattling the door over and over like it's a joke to them. Heaven forbid you're just trying to run in and use the bathroom real quick. read more

The receipts at the pumps never at this Racetrack!! I think the employees never take the time to replace the paper. Also, they never have bags of ice & they need to replace the gas filter more often because the gas pumps pump really slow. Unlike the diesel pumps which pump faster because they are used less. This is a very busy Racetrack and I think there should be better attention to the maintenance. read more

Service here is actually always quite pleasant. The coffee machines make a great cup, much better than the swill you find at truck stops and other gas stations. They have plenty of food items, hot or cold and a good selection of beer. They do keep the place rather clean. I'm kinda spooked out by all this to tell you the truth. Had to get gas so I decided to grab a coke and hot dog. Only 3 buns left in the warmers (11:30 am on a Tuesday) and they all were hard and stale. Soda dispenser gave me Coke Zero instead of original (check your connections!) It's roller food, not rocket science. I'll stick with QT next time I'm in a hot dog mood. read more
