The bathroom was clean and smelled good for a rest stop bathroom. When I went back outside, although my pump was not pumping, there was a leak coming down from the connection that holds the hose to the actual pump. When I noticed this, I thought it was dangerous and important enough to walk back inside and let someone know. The ladies inside were great but sounded like they had heard this before. They said they would put a maintenance ticket in. They apologized and thanked me for coming forward. My issue is that if it is leaking when you are pumping, the pump is not accurate. I did not receive what I was paying for because of the leak.

It was huge, with generous amount of fillings, large enough for two meals actually. The best part of this was that the sandwitch ladies washed the knifes and changed gloves before they worked on my order. I'm highly allergic to bacon/pork, so they really followed the safety precausions to avoid any cross contamination. They did this with no funny faces. Excellent customer service. We chose to sit and eat at the Deli area. There were plenty of seating and a good amoumt of condiments available too. The store was clean and the Deli Supervisor and the Store Manager were very pleasant and helpful. Next time I am in the Smyrna area, I will go back for another Sub.

The aisles are always clean, the floors are never dirty and the produce is always fresh. And lastly I have to talk about the tremendous service I received on this particular visit. I was asked by multiple employees if I was finding everything I needed throughout my shopping experience. But what stood out to me the most was when I was going to return my shopping cart, I was met by a young man who sprinted out to me to make sure I didn't have to travel a long way to return the cart, wow. When they say shopping is a pleasure a Publix, they really mean that.

We patrons end up doing their work: you scan your products, you chase after the 1 employee (who's actually shelf-stocking somewhere around the store) when the machine gets stuck, and then you pay LIDL for what is pretty much deplorable customer service (or nonexistent?). Then, on the way out, BINGO! the patron ahead of me also had issues scanning his bar code to exit the self-check out area. Him, too, had to go chase after the associate for help. LIDL, one thing is tauting yourself of having the lowest prices in the market. A very different one is being CHEAP. Too cheap to pay the salaries that would ensure a minimally staffed store. After today, I'm going back to ALDI, I don't even care if I have to drive a couple more miles. Keep up the good work, LIDL. You just pushed us back to your competitor. Well done!
