Standard QT gas station, this location is directly on Windy Hill about quarter mile from the Cobb Parkway intersection. I have used this location for everything from gas (obviously!) to iced mocha drinks to pizza to beer...and each time I get exactly what I expected and leave happy enough to eventually return again! A few things at this spot that are a tiny different than other surrounding gas stations, and honestly other QT locations in the area are... - Cheaper gas - This spot ALWAYS beats any other nearby gas price by at least 3 cents! - Cleanliness - They are always mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, restocking, etc...at this location. - Service - Always multiple people behind the register to ensure lines don't back up, same for the staffing of the QT Café Overall, this is a solid QT. If you are coming from the highway, it is not exactly convenient, but if you are a local that is nearby or passing by, this is a solid place to stop at! read more

I have never purchased anything other than gas from QT. So we decided to try their brisket taco for a light snack. The taco was just okay, nothing special with a weird after taste. The inside did not appear to be super clean so I doubt if I would try anything else from this location again. read more

Great and friendly cashier. We had a nice chat about pregnancy since she noticed I was prego... I don't really have too many other comments about this gas station other than that it's not directly off the highway. It's a minute drive away, which could be a little better, but .... c'est la vie! It wouldn't let me pick zero stars. This morning I purchased a yogurt and a pack of cigarettes. I made to it my car and realized that the pack of cigarettes had been opened and resealed by tape. I almost didn't care at that point but when I felt the pack it felt 3/4 full. I immediately went back to the same girl that sold them to me. Her response was that she would have NEVER given them to me like that and that they didn't give refunds for cigarettes. I did not want a refund, I wanted what I paid for. I told her to roll the tapes, and she said she couldn't and then put me on the phone with her apathetic and incompetent manager. His response was the same, that they would NEVER make that mistake or miss something like that. The cashiers at QTs run 6 lanes at once, which is why it is a quick trip, but there's no way they make mistakes. I swore to God I had no reason to devise such a plan, and the manager told me not to swear to God because he was on his way to church. The manager casted the first stone, not I. He then asked to put the cashier on the phone and told her to open the box of cigarettes, which were now my possession according them. I did not authorize them to open my property, but when she did, she revealed that it had been packed with packets of mayonnaise. Her response was "is this a joke?" And then hung up with her manager, printed my receipt and wrote a number to call. Their response was to go back tomorrow when the manager was there and speak with him. The guy gave me a number to call and they tell me to talk to him...... I was assured that I will be hearing from a regional manager in a few days. All the while, I was robbed of seven dollars, and defamed publicly of my character and integrity by a girl who was barely out of her teens, and a coward of a man on the phone. I've never left a bad review of anyone because I know people make mistakes, but these two individuals were emphatic that I was a thief and a liar. Worst customer service experience ever. *I have lived a half a mile away from this place for 8 mos now and have bought the same pack of cigarettes nearly every day from this same girl. read more

I purchased $10 gas (it rang as a debit transaction) for a car rental on the 6th of August 2019. I purchased $10.00 but the rental only required $2.90 to fill back up. I went back inside the store (store #00768) get my refund of $7.10. I was told that the transaction was under $15 and it automatically ran as a credit transaction. Because of that the money automatically refunds back to the card. I was then given a receipt. I said ok and left the store. I was uneasy about the transaction because the cashier didn't seem sure of what he was doing. As of 14 August I have yet to receive the $7.10 back on my card!!! I have been given the run around and I have called "Customer Care" to no avail. EVERY time they say...."leave us your name and number and we'll get back to you"!! Right now the $7.10 feels like $700.10 wasn't given back to me. I have asked can I get a printout from my bank to prove that I never received the funds back to my card but that NEVER seems to be an option in my REFUND HELL!! At this point it is the principle of it and for me that's TRUST!! I now feel like I should have checked all those other times I was told..."it will be refunded back to your card"!!! If anyone does a transaction with ANY QT that involved a refund back to your account please please GET A RECEIPT and CHECK WITH YOUR BANK. I was told by the customer rep that answered my 3rd call that maybe the bank had a hold on the $7.10 refund. That was all the help I got. BE CAREFUL!!! read more
