This particular QT is located at the very busy intersection of Spring Road and Cumberland Parkway, and is the only QT you will find in the Cumberland area. As you can imagine, since this spot sits on a busy intersection, this store stays busy...day and night! This store has been around quite a while, and while it has some of the upgrades of newer QT's, it still lacks the major overhaul. It's a condensed location that is smaller than many other QT's in the area, especially the newer ones. It does feature the basics of the coffee station, tea station and fountain drinks, along with the rolling food island and the QT Kitchen. Again, all of these spaces are smaller, but still have the basics of each that you are looking for! Another thing of a busy store is the upkeep, given its age this location shows its wear and tear a little bit more. Also, along with this the floors and pump area can get dirty with trash and litter on occasion. While other locations have the ability to have the staff out and about on the floor keeping eye and cleaning, this spot has to have all hands on deck for the registers as the lines can back up easily, and they do quite often! I have seen free air mentioned in a lot of reviews and while I LOVE QT for this option at their stores, this locations pump goes down often. I was here last week and got some air, came back today and it was out of order. So, it is hit and miss for sure! Overall, this QT does exactly what I need it to do when I need it...well, with the exception of the air pump, but ya know...It is not my first choice of QT store, but it always comes in clutch and serves me well whether I need some iced coffee from the kitchen or some gas to keep me rolling! read more

This is QuikTrip store #732 located in the Cumberland area. This is a smaller, older generation QT. It's the closest QT you're going to find to SunTrust Park, The Battery, Cumberland Mall, Cobb Galleria, the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, and the Cobb Cloverleaf (I-75/I-285 interchange). It's also close to the enemy's (RaceTrac's) headquarters. Generally, I'm a fan of QT. They have competitive gas prices (for Top Tier fuel), are relatively clean and brightly lit, and have free air for your tires 24/7. This location is no exception. The only reason I'm giving this location three stars instead of four is because a newer, nicer, and bigger RaceTrac is located down the street (RaceTrac store #633 at 2550 Spring Rd). It's got 80% more pumps (18 there versus 10 here) and a snazzier convenience store with a larger selection of food and drink, and indoor and outdoor seating (this QT has no seating). All that said, this gas station is still A-OK. It serves its purpose and if gas is all you need, this place is no worse than the more attractive RaceTrac nearby. read more

This is kind of a shady place to go late at night when you're looking for free air! Lots of people are going in and out of the market buying various things very busy at 11 o'clock at night Although I was thankful this place had free air or any air at all for that matter! I needed the air this late at night because I was leaving the next morning for a 200 mile drive. I tried to pay for air earlier at another gas station I reviewed and the air machine did not work and took my dollar 50 for five minutes. This machine worked perfectly and I was able to fill my tire for Free! Whoever said the best in life is free was right! LOL! read more

This is easily the absolute worst QT I've ever set foot inside of, and I used to live next to the homeless QT on Rutherford Rd in Greenville. We stopped in tonight to get some snacks and beer after a concert and what can I say? This place is absolutely destroyed. There was only one employee working, all of the hot food was gone, most of the beer hadn't been stocked and they didn't have anything we like to drink. The restrooms were horrendous. Urine soaked floors, from one end of the bathroom to the other. The smell was hideous. I don't care what their excuse was tonight, QuikTrip Corporate needs to shut this store down. read more

Cristina, the cashier working this morning, was so rude !! I walked in (no greeting but wasn't the issue) when I came to the counter she made eye contact with me; I said "Hi, good morning " due to the eye contact we made and she just ignores me. When it's time to ring me up she does even say a word just wait for me to tell her what I need to ring up. Obviously QuikTrip has a RACIST employee on their hands. I'm sure she was not trained like that because other employees and locations are MUCH kinder with better customer service. read more

There was utter chaos and the vulturous patrons were in desperate need of direction and a lot more available gas pumps. I like most QuickTrip gas stations. They usually offer cheap prices, provide friendly service, give you free air, have tons of stuff in the store, and have plenty of pumps.I like them better than the new, trendy gas station that's popping up everywhere these days, RaceTrac, because QuickTrip takes AMEX. This location is no exception. This QuickTrip is in the corner of a busy intersection of Spring Rd and Cumberland Blvd. During rush hour, coming in and out of this gas station feels hectic. This place gets busy a lot, especially during rush hour. So during that time, don't try to make a left into or out of this gas station. You'll probably hold up traffic even more. Just let it go, drive a few more ways, and find another one. read more

SUPPORTS PUPPY TO STAY IN HOT CAR. Came in on Aug,22nd 2016 @12:13. I brought in a purse dog while getting a refill on my QT mug. An African American man at the register told me that they ONLY allow "service dogs"as a future reference. I am not leaving my poor baby in a hot car nor leaving keys in a vehicle in this area to have my car to be stolen. Theres a pets smart down the street and we needed water. I was in there for no more than 30 seconds to grab a drink. My tiny dog was no problem. THIS IS NOT PET FRIENDLY LOCATION. How rudeps she is a emotional companion dog w/ papers but I don't owe anyone papers to spend 30 seconds in their store. Ruined my day. read more

When do ever stop into a QT and they don't say hey or the place is dirty? Never! This QT lives up to the standard of the company. I will say this gas station is usually very busy and it is on a corner that is always busy. Be careful getting in and out. read more
