Usually when you go onto QT, you were greeted with a very loud and friendly hello. Not this time. And QT is usually very clean and you can feel comfortable in the store. Not this time. Hopefully QTs are not going downhill but this visit was absolutely totally different than any other visit I have experienced. The bathrooms were disgusting, and so was the inside of the store. The floors were so dirty, and there was trash all around. Shelves were empty. I don't know if it's because of where this one is located, but it's totally disappointing! read more

This is an above average QT. The store is always well maintained, though it can be messy when you come during peak breakfast and lunch hours. The gas pumps can also be a crapshoot as well if you go early enough, since a lot of contractors like to come here on the way to their job sites for the day. The customer service here rocks! Everybody here is professional and courteous. I always feel like I am welcome in the store. Big shout out to the people at the little food service desk. Unlike most fast food restaurants, I have never failed to get an order that was accurate and delivered within a decent amount of time. read more

I remember the joy I felt when I realized that the construction I was seeing on an empty lot on Speedway was going to be a QT. I don't miss many things from living in Phoenix but QT was definitely one of the things I remembered with fondness. Since they've opened in Tucson I have made it a goal to open the eyes of everyone I know to the glory of QT. It hasn't taken a lot of effort. They have far and away the cleanest gas station bathrooms. Their soda area is never a sticky mess. The cherry and vanilla drink add ins are delicious and don't come out in a gross sugary stream like at other places. The employees always greet you when you walk in and when it's time to purchase your items they have an incredibly streamlined checkout process. Compared to QT other gas stations look like grimy boxes of sadness. read more

Never been to a gas station with such good customer service. Their staff seems to be genuinely sincere and invested with the company and it's apparent by their "CAN DO" attitude. Their coffee is also a tremendous deal and taste great. Gas prices at this location tend to be some of the lowest in the city. Highly recommend this particular location. read more

Not too happy with this QT. And I go to a lot of QT's, but this one is close to my home, which is a shame in terms of the soda fountain/tea. The odds seem to be ever in its favor that one or more soda machines are down- for the past two months this seems to be always the issue. Two weeks ago, there were 4 dispensers down. Today, there were 5 plus two of the ice dispenser's down. They usually happen to be the ones I want to drink too. I realize stuff goes down, but this just seems to be an ongoing issue that I never see at other QT's. The parking lot is congested and tight. Not my favorite for getting in and out. I've had some pandhandlers after me, which I know QT is good about chasing them off. I was even propositioned in the evening while getting air by a prostitute. I realize this QT operates in a rougher neighborhood and is quite busy, but all of these factors are just leading to me going a little farther to other QT's. read more

QT is the best gas station/conveneince store, hands down. It's clean inside and out, the employees are friendly and helpful, and did I mention it's clean? Their soda fountain station is epic- nothing compares. Crushed or cubed ice, plastic or styrofoam, flavor add ins AND they have Coke Zero?! Yes, please! I've stopped in at all odd hours and have never felt unsafe, which is a plus. read more

This place must serve all of Tucson. Honestly, most of these places always have a wet floor or bums. This one never had either morning or afternoon, but it was clean and had full stacks of supplies. QuikTrip - Kitchen - Gas Stations Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

This isn't my usual QuikTrip, but I've been on a mission to visit every one of them in town, and it happened that I was driving down Speedway in need of a clean bathroom and some caffeine, and QuikTrip is always a good place for both. This location is the standard, smaller QuikTrip -- the kind that doesn't have side exits. The interior was very clean and an employee greeted me as I entered. One of my favorite things about QuikTrip is the near-perfect cleanliness of their bathrooms -- a far cry from many establishments. (And their main competitor rarely has public bathrooms at all.) There was a line at the register. But, like most QuikTrips, the cashier was working two customers at once. I finished the entire visit in the time you could spend standing in line at a Circle K. read more

Once you go QT you never go back to K... or 7. Always clean and a greater selection of hot foods than any other place in town. Cold foods such as sandwiches and salads are good also. The bakery is also good. The only place I ever get gas now also. read more

I absolutely love their 49¢ ice cream, but I'm disappointed that they took their chocolate ice cream. They're usually clean, but sometimes they're completely disgusting. I frequently go here just for premium gas. I do think they should have some sort of security though. I had a bum try to hussle change from me once and he even followed me into the store when I told him to go away or I'd call the cops. The store associates told him to leave but then kind of knew who he was because they blew it off saying the guy was crazy. If you know this, why do you let him continue to harass people when all they are doing is pumping gas! I love this place! The Red Bulls are on sale, the fountain drinks are cheap, and have delicious add ons, it appears to have everything. The cashiers will attend to you faster than lightning, and there basic math rules cause they give your your change in about 1sec. read more

QT, I love thee. I raised it's praises when I moved from St. Louis to Tucson some 14 years ago, and missed it sorely for the first 10 years I was here. This chain of gas stations and super stores has started spreading all over the past few years and I still love them as much as ever. Sure this is a gas station and super mart and sure, this has been done pretty dern well by 7/11 and Circle K and countless other chains. But QT just *perfects* every aspect of this type of place. Not much to say about the gas except they always provide cover from rain and sun. QT really shines once you get inside. I've been in these stores at 6:30am regularly, plus mid-afternoons on weekends, and even a few 3am and 4am stops during late night working hours. The staff is always *super* friendly - and it always seems genuine. I'm sure that is part of the hiring/training process, but it's still good to feel that level of happiness from everyday quicktrip shopping. So it's got really good gas and great help - what else? It's got a HUGE selection of drinks and cheap warm foods. This is probably what they're most known for - the extra large selection of soft drinks, slushie drinks, coffee drinks, smoothie drinks, and even teas. They have a good selection of "add-ons" - like a cherry or vanilla flavoring you can add to any soda, or whip cream to any slushie, smoothie, or coffee. The prices match current lows (69 cents for a 32oz softdrink) and they even give a discount if you bring in your own cup. That's right - bring in a Circle K 44oz cup and receive 10 cents off the 44oz already-low QT price. The food is what you'd expect - two of almost any warm meaty-rolled item for $2 (corndogs, hotdogs, rolled chicken tacos, etc.). They also have a good selection of fresh sandwiches, doughnuts, fruit, and more. It's not a grocery store so the selection isn't huge and you get what you'd expect from two corndogs for $2. But if you're into corndogs, they're *good* (so say my kids). And while I had to pick a single QT for a check-in recently, I've been to four different QTs in the Tucson area and all have had the same selection, super friendly staff, etc. This is just a great place to get your gas and a drink. Circle K.and the rest of y'all just go ahead and close up, because you'll never get it and don't have the.fortitude to learn what the essence of a perfect customer experience that any business only dreams of providing to.customers. Prices, food, gas, drinks, selections and the hellified crazy ass how are they makin money screaming deals and the OMG!! Other than an occasional bathroom in need of attention and running out of ice on hot days with no sign on the door, this store is normally quick and convenient. However today i had an issue with one employee (Blake), which affected the efficiency of other workers and reflects badly on the entire QT chain. As he spoke with a female employee near the registers, the line backed up enough for him to be summoned to do his job. He then ignored me while i waited at the counter nearby with my merchandise and cash in hand while he rang up three other customers who arrived after me. He looked right at me but never acknowledged me or my obvious look of concern. Normally the cashiers there and most other QTs wait on the next person regardless of where they are waiting and are attentive enough to provide the service i am paying for in such an efficient orderly fashion. After paying i asked for a manager. Another cashier who served me shouted out a name i cant recall and left me waiting again. I proceeded to leave, call from outside and spoke with a mgr - Ken. I reierated my concern. He apologized and informed me Blake was from another store. It is unfortunate that an employee from a different store gave this store a bad name and reputation in a matter of a minute or less (I will be posting this comment on social media). I cannot phathom why this individual made the poor choice to treat a paying customer with such disrespect other than my obvious difference in appearance (casual, cultural) compared to the more common appearance of others there at the time. I am a regular almost daily customer at QT purchasing everything from coffee to soda to ice to a full tank of gas. I fill up my gas tank there at least twice a month, usually more. After today's episode and given the fact that there are 3 Circle K stores a block or two away in any given direction, i may change my purchasing habits when it comes to QT. read more
